Superior Lagoon rooms are 44 sqm, with one king-size bed or two double beds, a private balcony and views towards the Nichupté Lagoon. These rooms sleep a maximum of four people.

“September 2026 Wyndham grand Cancun vacation club.”

This was our fourth trip back and the vacation club. It’s always a pleasure to come back here and enjoy seeing friends and friendly staff. Ruth, Leo, Lulu, Marsha from the spa all went out of their way to help us. Antonio from da Vinci‘s and La Vista was most accommodating and his staff is very friendly and professional. I was impressed how we always ask our opinion and striving to offer the best cuisine possible. The bartender staff at the pool vacation club area, and the lobby bar were most accommodating and attentive. We enjoyed or stay here. Looking forward to coming back in 6 to 12 months.

Booked through Costco and went as a large group. Shout out to staff Jesus (Papi Chulo) from the entertainment team for always making us have a great experience. Noe and Sebastian the waiters in particular always went ABOVE and beyond to make sure my family was well taken care of. Pros: economic hotel and a good value. Most members of the staff go above and beyond to help. They sang my mom happy birthday at the Paloma buffet and when they heard we were going to XCARET they brought us water bottles to our table to take (and they came in soooo handy)!! The hotel is not super crowded so you could alway find a clean table or a place to sit. Overall all our family found we could all do something we enjoyed. The person who refilled our fridge (Armando) also 10/10 when he realized we drank A lot of water he made sure we were stocked and ready to go. Cons: service really depends on the person who helps you and we did notice the more you tip the better the service. At check in our luggage got lost for more than an hour (we had to call and complain and when we got our luggage) someone in my family had some money go missing from the luggage). (Staff called to say they checked the cameras but didn’t find the culprit- but I will let that family member post their own review since I only heard the story). Food was a little repetitive in the buffet and I found the food better at breakfast than dinner. We also found it very difficult to make reservations and to figure out what was open each day. But after a few days staff noticed we had not gone to any of the specialty restaurants and helped us personally make the reservations. I also noticed that despite staying here a week my sheets were not changed. I found a stain in my bed and we had house keeping come twice after I found it and the stain remained (so either all the sheets have the same stain which I highly doubt or my sheets were never changed.

orlando was an amazing person. someone who remembers who you are and what you drink. always happy and up beat. definitely makes the night a party and enjoyable!! martin is amazing as well. both really hard workers and deserve a raise!!!!
