The hotel

Located in the small town of Puerto Morelos, situated between Cancun and Playa del Carmen, and nestled along a fabulous beachfront, this spectacular low-rise resort is ideal for couples or families looking for an Unlimited-Luxury®, All Inclusive holiday in the Caribbean. It’s built in stunning Mayan architectural style, fitting in well with the dazzling tropical location. Rooms are exceptionally spacious and have balconies or a terrace which overlook the tropical gardens or ocean. You’ll never run out of things to do or food to eat here with a whopping five gourmet a la carte restaurants, but don't feel the pressure - 24-hour room service is included in the Unlimited-Luxury® so you can eat at 2:00am if you fancy! There are standout facilities for adults and kids alike; the Dreams Spa offers seven treatment rooms, a hydrotherapy circuit with sauna, steam room, showers, Jacuzzi, dynamic pool and an outdoor relaxation area. And whilst you're there, time flies for the kids at the Explorer's Club with board games and video games to keep them busy, sandcastle contests and arts and crafts. But the best part is you can enjoy the splash park and the towering water slids all together - because who doesn't love a little thrill in between relaxing! If it's just the two of you, we recommend opting for an Indigo Preferred Club room for those added luxurious benefits!

One of the best parts about the resort was Marco at the pool bar! He’s a legend. Tell him Timmy Turner sent you. All of the staff are incredibly friendly. Would say we had people that weren’t preferred and they said it was a decent walk to some places but have no fear, you can call for the golf cart service to pick you up at any time. Read less

Just got back from the best vacation I’ve ever had, and this resort deserves every single one of these 5 stars. The staff goes above and beyond in every way. Just got back from the best vacation I’ve ever had, and this resort deserves every single one of these 5 stars. The staff goes above and beyond in every way. Guadalupe, our housekeeper, kept our room spotless and added personal touches that made it feel like home. Marco at the pool bar was an absolute legend—funny, friendly, and made the best margaritas I’ve ever had (ask for the spicy one!) he even taught me how to suction a beer can to my hand . And shoutout to Alberto at the World Café—his service was top-tier, always with a smile and great recommendations. The food, drinks, and views were amazing, but the people made it unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back! Read less

First of all, let me say this is not a bad resort just not designed for seniors To begin with we had asked six months in advance for adjoining or close rooms we were told at the front desk. This never happens to accommodate guest rooms are allotted the day of arrival which to us is nonsense in 2025. We were told at the desk when we checked in ,myself standing there with my white case . I’m visually impaired and my wife has a respiratory condition so of course they put us in the furthest building not close to our young grandchildren who are five and eight years old They said they would accommodate my request if we upgraded to prefer, which unfortunately made no sense what do I do with my young grandchildren? To be transported back at night we had to go ask for someone to drive us back, which was fine but ended up being costly with tipping over the week Food was quite good. Service was good. Room was good. Well kept very clean. The other negative and the resort after speaking to other seniors is their restaurant à la carte They do not take reservations you have to go stand outside the restaurant for at least a half an hour 45 minutes before they open to try and get a table if your whole party is not present, they will not let you in. This is very inconvenient since I have to be a specific hour if not, I would be eating at 8:30 9 o’clock at night and then would be ill . If they intend on doing this, they need to have more restaurants to à la cart. Tonight is not enough for the size of a resort. Other issues, most uncomfortable chairs on beach and around the pool at any resort we have ever been to Also, there have no control over towels. I went every day for the whole week and they never had any towels you can get 20 towels per person if they have them they always said in 10 minutes. One day I waited 45 minutes got upset spoke to a manager and they took me over to the preferred pool area. There were hundreds of towels there . Our kids had a great time. Pools were great. They like love the beach. Slide area was great for them but nowhere for us to actually sit very few chairs there If you have young kids and are very mobile, I would recommend this resort, but as for seniors any senior as limited mobility, this is not the place for you Read less
