Guests staying in the Mexican state Quintana Roo are required to pay a travel tax of $11 per adult (over 15 years old). We just finished our stay at Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya, and we are honestly speechless. This was one of the most incredible travel experiences we have ever had. The property is absolutely stunning, but what truly made it unforgettable was the hospitality. Every single person we encountered was warm, kind, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond. The level of service and attention to detail was unlike anything we have experienced before. The food was impeccable — from the bar, to room service, to every restaurant we tried. Every meal felt special, and the service throughout the resort was exceptional. We knew going in that the beach likely wouldn’t be swimmable because of the sargassum, but it was still beautiful, and the property more than made up for it. We kept finding new hidden gems, peaceful corners, gorgeous views, and little details that made the resort feel magical. The spa is an absolute must. It was breathtaking, and we had the best massages we have ever had. I genuinely haven’t felt this relaxed in years. Even if you are not staying at the resort, it would be worth coming for a spa day pass alone. We met so many other couples during our stay who felt the exact same way — completely blown away by the resort, the food, the spa, and especially the people. We have no complaints other than being bummed we couldn’t stay longer. Conrad Tulum is truly a special place, and we cannot wait to come back.

This experience was world class from start to finish. The personalised experience was unmatched. The restaurants are better than any hotel I’ve experienced before. Bartender gabriel was great here. The activities are all included which were ran brilliantly by angee and roseo and itzel. Jorge daniel and Diego were amazing hosts by the pool. Amazing experience close to the all activities in tulum!
