We had such an amazing stay! The service was consistently excellent from the cleaners and golf cart drivers to the concierge, servers, and everyone in between. Every single staff member was so friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The rooms are a bit dated, but they were spotless and very well maintained, so everything still felt comfortable and welcoming. The food options were fantastic with so much variety, and the evening shows and entertainment were top-notch! Great energy and talent! All of the facilities across the resort were exceptional, clean, and well cared for. A special shout-out to Marco, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect - you are very lucky to have someone like Marco caring for your guests! He is a star! And to Oswaldo at check-in, who started our vacation off on such a positive note - it's largely thanks to his initiative that our stay was a 12/10.
