Worst Resort ever stayed

Unprofessional Staff, very dirty rooms. The little ponds outside of the restaurants smell & look very bad. I can't believe they don't take care of it.

Our favorite resort! The staff is amazing but the hotel need to hire more people to keep up with demands and quality.
Good, but improvements could be made

First the negatives:
The A la Can’t. With so many eating options in the evening, I was at a loss as to why it is so difficult to book restaurants, even 3 days in advance. There were restaurants that we were unable to eat in, but really wanted to as there was no availability. Either the booking service needs amending or capacity increasing

The beach - full of seaweed, unable to access the sea and swim comfortably. Things being done, but still a turn off. The sand is a thing layer that covers a very rocky seabed - take sea shoes if you venture in.
The positives - the staff are excellent and are a credit to the resort. Nothing appears too much and, on the whole, service is what one would expect.
The resort is of a really high standard, spotlessly clean and sufficiently varied, even when full to give a spacious feel. Facilities are good (aside from the beach) and kept our two teenagers happy. Rooms are of a good standard and well maintained.

Hotel staff helpfulness- Dreadful. A socket came off the wall and my husband received an electric shock. Despite correspondence with the hotel via WhatsApp, it took 4 days and another trip to reception to get it sorted. No apology was given.
Availability of staff by the pool-limited for the size of the hotel.
Food quality-questionable. 2 in…

Food quality-questionable. 2 in our party experience d+v at different points during the trip. One member who was unwell remained in a room for nearly 2 days.
A la Carte-some better than the others however numerous steaks in the Argentinian had to be sent back due to gristle and steaks being the wrong colour (grey)
Rooms-incredibly dated.
Entertainment-Great but they are on a weekly cycle so if you are coming for 2 weeks you will see the same shows twice.
Bellboys-excellent.
The beach that is shown in the photo is nothing like the real beach. This is not a fault of the hotel. There has been an issue with seaweed around the coast but the hotel is doing best to deal with it.
