Located in Akumal, which is between the vibrant resort areas of Playa del Carmen and Tulum. Transfer time from Cancun Airport: 1 hour.

389 rooms and suites, all modern with Mexican-inspired decor. With furnished balcony, air-conditioning, flatscreen TV, in-room tea/coffee, mini-bar, WiFi and safe. Deluxe Garden View rooms are located near the hotel’s main restaurant and bar area, with either 1 king bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

All Inclusive includes: all meals and activities unless otherwise stated.

Junior Suite Garden View rooms are located near the pool, with either 1 king bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Junior Suite Pool Side rooms are located near the pool, with either 1 king bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Romance Villa Suite Pool Side with a private, Mayan-style outdoor shower, and a terrace with a hammock and sitting area, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Guests staying in the Mexican state Quintana Roo are required to pay a travel tax of $11 per adult (over 15 years old). The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during your stay, as the tax will be imposed upon departure. There is also an additional Environmental Sanitation Tax of $4.25 USD per room, per night that will be added to your hotel bill (payable locally, subject to change).

A bit of a hiccup in the beginning with a clerical error on Grand Palladium’s part but aside from that, vacationing at this resort was good. The grounds are gorgeous! A lot of sargassum (to be expected this time of year) so beach not accessible but the pool area was a lot of fun. Food is resort food. Staff is accommodating, polite, and friendly.… Read more

Eduardo in bar lobby colonial was our bartender every morning for coffee. He was friendly and very attentive. He mare our vacation experience enjoyable.

Miguel Javier and Santiago Alturo Mauricio who worked at the lobby bar were incredible bar tenders. Each night they worked very hard, were speedy with service, had great attitudes and very kind. They treated our family amazing, we appreciated them so much!

Miguel Javier and Santiago Arturo Mauricio took great care of us each night at the lobby bar. They were very attentive to all of the guests and had a great attitude no matter how busy they got.
