Resort Fees

Guests staying in the Mexican state Quintana Roo are required to pay a travel tax of $11 per adult (over 15 years old). I’ve been twice to this hotel and I had such an amazing time. Loved doing the activities with Jazi (the yoga on the paddle boards is the best). The staff are very welcoming and very friendly.

We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Palladium and would definitely return. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The entertainment team were great, always lots of things available to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the daily aqua gym with Ricardo or Carlos. Was also able to try my hand at authentic Mexican cooking. The grounds are stunning, with wildlife running around such as little raccoons and capybara type creatures. Downside would be the bathroom, very deep bath which you had to climb over to shower.

From the moment we arrived we were treated extremely well. We upgraded to the family section it was so worth it. We are still here now and are loving everything about the hotel all the staff have been amazing so friendly and cannot do enough for you. The restaurants we have tried so far have been really good and the buffet is very nice. We are staying in room 4936 so glad we took the upgrade.
