There are nothing bad to write about, here are my reasons:-
1: Beach - Very good, you can actually go very far in at chest height.
2: Pools - Excellent, many to choose from.
3: Room - Very clean with coffee and drinks replineshed daily.
4: Landscape - Imaculate conditions, well maintained
5: Cleanliness - Maintained throughout the resort.
In addition to the above list of positivity, I am honoured to shout out to a few people who had make our stay welcomed and enjouable.
We were a group of 11 adults, before we go I reached out to the hotel to put 5 room in the same building and same line, a concierge by the name of Azucena Estaves response to my email and from that point forward, I felt comfortable from her reply. I asked for the 5 rooms and got it, although it was not all in the same line it was a comfortable for us. Special "Thank You" to Azucena for giving us a warm welcome and follow up while we were there to ensure that any issue we may encountered resolved in a speedy manner, it was a great pleasure to have you as our support. Keep up that positive attitude with customers and I am sure you will be having many returning customers.
On behalf of our group, I want to give special "Thank You" also to the ladies at the sports bar (5th Ave), namely Yessica, Mirian, Joanna, thease ladies severd us throughout our stay while we took over table # 31, 32, 33 and 34. They greet us with smile and always ensure our drinks consistent and promptly. Great work ladies.
Fernando at the sports bar also paid special attention to our drinks and made them as requested, sometimes he would come around our table, with that refreshing look and happiness in his face just to make us feel like home. Great work Fernando.
Orlando at the lobby bar is another good person with excitement in his face to me at his bar, and having the pleasure to call me "Pappy", I very much appreciate that Orlando.
My final shout out goes to Lorenzo at the buffett, I night after dinner, I left mt eye glasses and walked out the restaurant, after about three minuted, this guy ran out of the rastaurant with my glasses in search of me, he finall caught up with me and give me my glasses, speaial thank you Lorenzo.
In general, I have interacted with some more staff besides those that I mentiones, i must say, each and everyone of them display kindness, and positive reactions.
Overall, this would be a repeat hotel for me in the near future.
To all the staff and workers keep up that great work and positive attitude, that is what would make this hoyel successful.
