Split into two sections, Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya Heaven is a partly adults-only oasis offering luxurious accommodation, one adults only pool, three restaurants and endless non-motorised water activities. There’s also the Hard Rock golf course (20 minutes away) and you’ve got easy access to it as well as preferential tee times. Plus staying at the Heaven section, you will have full access to the facilities within the family friendly Hacienda section, giving you even more dining options and pools to enjoy. An All Inclusive resort, it’s top-shelf all the way at the Hard Rock — there isn’t anything you’ll be denied. After a busy day (and night) your room is your sanctuary. There’s a whole variety to choose from but one thing’s for sure, you’ll have space to stretch out in plus a well-stocked mini-bar to take advantage of!

In the heart of the Riviera Maya, this is section of the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya is mostly adults-only, with some select facilities open to families. Transfer time from Cancun Airport: 1 hour 10 minutes.

Deluxe Diamond Rooms offer the best views and locations, king-size beds guaranteed, special room service menu (select restaurant menu), nightly turn-down service, Espresso/American Coffee machine, luxury bath amenities by Rock Spa, DVD Player/CD Player, radio/alarm clock, pillow menu, aromatherapy, professional hairdryer, exclusive beach bag, private check-in and out/late check-out and early check-in (subject to availability). Guests staying in the Mexican state Quintana Roo are required to pay a travel tax of $11 per adult (over 15 years old). The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during your stay, as the tax will be imposed upon departure. There is also an additional Environmental Sanitation Tax of $4.25 USD per room, per night that will be added to your hotel bill (payable locally, subject to change).

There were 8 of us traveling together and everyone had the best time! Our favorite person was our Concierge, Marco Alfaro! He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience! We definitely picked the right place and will be back!

All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful our presidential suite and the other 2 Deluxe Terrace suites in building 4 were great.!! Except for the crazy loud birds, but thats nature. The favorite tasting restaurant on the Hard Rock property. Antonio and Jovany were a pleasure and explained all cuisine properly. Chef Eduardo sent us a chefs special to start which we appreciated. The French onion soup and the lamb, were delicious and also the dessert were amazing

Oscar and William were amazing from pool concierge the massage with the cucumber and the Evian mist! These guys did an awesome job. We feel so refreshed. The Eden pool is so beautiful. We enjoyed being here every day. Our butlers were amazing Erica and Fernando. Jorge, our waiter is amazing taking care of all of our wants and needs going… Read more

We just got back from our stay at Hard Rock Riviera Maya and we had a wonderful stay. Our private transfer from the airport picked us up promptly and was quick and easy to get to the hotel. Upon arrival we met our butler Nacho who has so kind and helpful. Both Nacho and Irmin did a wonderful job all week, solving any problems and fulfilling any needs we had. Nacho got our restaurant reservations booked before we got to the resort so we didn’t have to worry about dinner plans. When we had an issue with the AC in our room Irmin was quick to get maintenance up there and he later went to the room himself to make sure it was nice and cool before we returned. Each day we had chairs with shade reserved for us by the pool, which made it so nice for our kiddos to be able to get shade. The water park and kids plays area were also lots of fun. We found it to be a very family friendly resort and all the staff were very kind and friendly. All in all it was a great experience and we will definitely be back! Read less
