The room was very nice and the butler was very helpful. There was no entertainment other than that one show with dinner. The sea weed was never removed in the morning.

I had the honor to have dinner at the Italian restaurant Tentazione, me and my partner had an amazing time, the food was delicious and our waiter Saul was extraordinary, He really made my experience memorable at the TRS resort thank you Saul so much for the amazing service.

Great experience in this restaurant. The atmosphere is very welcoming & relaxing. The food is fantastic & very tasty but save room for the tiramisu as it is out of the world. Our waiter Marcos was absolutely fantastic at making our night the great experience that it was. Will definitely be visiting again

I have been going to the Palladium for many years and the last 3 years to TRS - the adult only section of the 4 resorts. Lots has changed, there's less entertainment than there has been in the past. It's pretty quiet actual with not much happening in the evenings at TRS, you might have to go search the other resorts looking for some fun but then… Read more
I have been going to the Palladium for many years and the last 3 years to TRS - the adult only section of the 4 resorts. Lots has changed, there's less entertainment than there has been in the past. It's pretty quiet actual with not much happening in the evenings at TRS, you might have to go search the other resorts looking for some fun but then you give up the better bars. We found the last two times here staff were not up to speed on where events were taking place and we had to wander around looking for them. Food, drinks and service is still a 10/10 as far as I'm concerned, it's hard to beat that aspect but I'm wondering if it's time to go somewhere else this winter. I am planning a 10 day trip with 7 friends and it's going to be hard to get into this resort at a decent price from what I can see online right now. Read less
