Guests staying in the Mexican state Quintana Roo are required to pay a travel tax of $11 per adult (over 15 years old). We had a wonderful experience at the Chic Cabaret at TRS Yucatán. The lights, the pageantry and the food were exceptional. Sonia did exceptional taking care of us and made the experience all the more enjoyable! We will definitely recommend this to friends and family!

Pedro, Marco, and Ricardo at Bar Gaia serve the coldest, best tasting drinks I’ve ever had! They took excellent care of me and my girlfriend for 6 days straight. They got to know our names and even where we were from, very personable and respectful! Alonzo gave my girlfriend and I a tour on our 2nd night here and made sure if we had any questions… Read more

He also was very friendly anytime we saw him on the resort and is now what I will refer to as a lifelong friend. Helios has a server named Julio who went above and beyond for us every morning to make sure we had as excellent a breakfast as we did a view! From rich, authentic flavors to beautiful presentation, you can truly taste the passion he puts into his cooking. Whether you’re enjoying breakfast or dinner, dining at El Capricho is an experience you won’t forget. The service team at the restaurant was also phenomenal. Daniel, Laura, Sofia, and Montserrat were warm, attentive, and made sure every moment felt special. They made me feel right at home and went out of their way to provide top-notch service every day. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and ideally located, but it’s the people — especially the team at El Capricho — who made this stay stand out. By day two of the stay our entire group of 9 people had come down with a strong case of diarrhea. Drank only bottled water, so that leaves the food or bar drinks as the culprit. Very enjoyable, relaxing holiday,La Boheme and Capricho restaurants are the best, all the staff at the resort are amazing my only complaint about the resort is lack of entertainment in trs lobby early evening the pre chic show was on 7 nights out of our 10 day stay!
