The kids club is epic and the reason we chose this resort. My kids were happy to spend all day there. It's stunning and has activities from 10am to 10pm daily. They also had a Disney show which was awesome. There are so many instructors at the kids club. Only thing lacking was cooking classes which is typical at other resorts. The resort is very quiet. There are so many pools so I found that the vibe was low key overall. The resort is ocean view but really only the one area near lobby is accessible with shoes. Nonetheless I went in daily. The trolly was very useful given we stayed at casa 6 and had to shuttle from lobby to 6 and kids club often. The food was good and overall had healthy options. I was surprised the buffet isn't available for dinner. Not sure what happens if you don't manage to get the dinner booking you want. Shows are at 9am which was far too late with young kids so unfortunately we didn't get to see them. Overall if you care about a wonderful kids club and want a low key modern scene this is for you! Before we even arrived for our family vacation, I was impressed with the staff. I communicated with Mayra Garita prior to arrival as we wanted certain arrangements to meet our family needs (we had four rooms). She went above and beyond our expectations. We had the pleasure of meeting her when we arrived. Our rooms were comfortable and everything worked well. We had to work a little bit to get the dinner reservations we wanted, but the concierges in the Enclave Lounge were able to make it work as long as we had a little flexibility. Speaking of the Enclave Lounge, we really just stopped there for drinks and to play cards and grab a dessert, although my husband worked from there. Mariana always had a wonderful smile and cheerful attitude and was warm, caring and accommodating. We enjoyed the Enclave pools - super quiet this time of year so our whole group could sit together. There was a lot of seaweed, which was unfortunate, but not a surprise. We had lunchtime snacks and drinks, and Guadaloupe G gave us lots of attention and offered suggestions. All in all, our group of 7 had a wonderful stay with good food and very friendly and attentive service. Read less

My daughter and her cousins loved going to the kids club in Casa 6. My daughter particularly enjoyed the indoor climbing net. All the staff are friendly and offer many activities throughout the day. They also have a churro bar behind the kids club that serves ice cream, fruit, Mexican snacks, and drinks.
