“Best Honeymoon/Anniversary Anyone Could Ask For”

Oct 10, 2026Spencer H

My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon and one year anniversary at Sandals Saint Vincent and had the absolute best time. The food and entertainment were top notch. Omali the one and only absolutely brings the energy to the entertainment. He takes times to learn your name and connect with you on a personal level. He is also the pool volleyball MVP. Sandals Saint Vincent was absolutely the best and we can’t wait to go back.

“Fabulous 10 might stay in paradise”

Oct 07, 2026WWooB

We’re just back from 10 nights at Sandals St. Vincent, during which we celebrated our wedding anniversary. This was our 3rd Sandals, last year Grenada, the year before Royal Barbados. We’ve enjoyed them all, especially Grenada and St. Vincent. We prefer not to have a butler as we enjoy being self sufficient, so we only ever have the more “basic” of rooms. I say “basic”. They are not and they more than adequately meet our requirements. I have to say our Lady Palm room this year was superb, extremely large with everything you could want. And the views were spectacular. We didn’t have a bad meal in terms of food quality and whilst we don’t usually go for sushi, we did end up at Gatsu 3 times we loved it so much. The Jerk Shack was a winner for us as was Scrimshaws for breakfast and dinner. But we also enjoyed Sora à la carte, Butch’s and Parisol. We didn’t eat at Buccan or have anything from the salad/pizza restaurants. The sunbed reservation issue experienced by a number of people who couldn’t compete with butlers for certain spots didn’t affect us, as we preferred to be at the quiet heart shaped pool where there were always beds available and even the odd cabana. The beach too was lovely. We didn’t use Island Routes for any trips but we hired a local taxi firm to take us to the Botanical Garden and Fort Charlotte. I have to say our driver was most considerate and careful and far better than the one we had for the transfer from the airport to the hotel on arrival 🤢!! We had one day of grey/rain and a few downpours over night but other than that, we had beautiful hot sunny days and surprisingly, it was less humid than we’ve ever experienced in the Caribbean at this time of year. The evening entertainment was very good. We saw Symphonix (award winning steel orchestra and our favourite), a candlelight concert with violinist and singer, who also sang on other evenings, Silc a local reggae band, and there was a high energy drumming troupe with dancers. There were other performers but we didn’t catch these. We didn’t participate in the daytime pool activities but they seemed well attended and enjoyable from what we saw. The staff were lovely, some more serious than others, but we were treated very well. The gardeners do an amazing job. As we left the resort for our return trip, we were given the usual goodbye song and seen off by Dwight, I believe the general manager. What a charming gentleman! Kim at Gatsu was brilliant, as were Jameshia and Emmanuel in Blum. Obviously there were several others too numerous to mention whose names we just didn’t catch. We would highly recommend this resort if you enjoy good food, beautiful surroundings and a relaxed vibe.

“A wonderful place”

Oct 07, 2026Martin D

What a place, the setting and location of the resort is just wonderful. We had a club Sandals room in block 3 with ocean view, and waking up to the view we had every morning was so nice. Our room was just so big and kept clean at all times, thanks to Katie for that. The resort is spotlessly clean with wonderful grounds that are kept so nice. There is just nothing negative to say about the resort. But the best thing is the staff there they are so so good. Nothing is to much for them and they go out of their way to ensure you have a good holiday. They are polite and friendly and nothing is to much for them. If you like your coffee Emmanuel at the coffee shop makes a great Irish coffee and for your drinks a visit to the Plaza bar and Rohan is good at mixing any drink you want. It truly is the perfect holiday resort if you want to do nothing like ourselves or do lots there is something for everyone.
