“Roaches save yourself!”

Roaches, loud parties, not exclusive and not accommodating. We stayed for 3 nights, Day 1: Party next door so we moved to a different room, handicapped accessible, bathroom was dirty and sheets were rough on skin but it was 1am so we hoped for the best the next day. Day 2: Toilet gets stopped up engineering comes unstops it leaves a huge mess, returns to clean it and uses the same towel to clean the toilet water off the floor to clean the toilet seats, we are women so we had to get Clorox wipes and clean up after him Day 3: Roach in the bathroom, we flip they switch us to another handicap room, I cut my leg on the bed frame they offer $75 “credit” for food which was just the $25 resort fee I already paid for then they say they are going to refund me and give me $100 after a horrific stay at a 1 star motel cosplaying as a 4 star. Save your time and money stay elsewhere unless you want to stay with roaches, sit on toilet water and be offered your own money as a concession. We are over 40 well travelled and from DC area for context. Standards were not met hotel has beautiful lobby but once you get past that you are at a roach motel.

“Horrible Marriott Member Experience”

Horrible experience. Couldn't even get my room by check in time. As a Titanium member, I was told that the room blocked off for me was checked out late by an Ambassador member. I explained I just needed any room to get ready for my 6pm dinner reservation. I was then told that it wasn't ready. I asked them to check me out and went to another hotel. Don't waste your time if you have status with Marriott. They don't care about you here and are more than happy to remind you the people with higher status get more then you do.
