When I was there for close to 4 hours
noticed several things - washrooms near entry were dirty I had brought this to person on the main area - while we were returning it was same.
We had lunch meeting “, when we entered for 10 minutes no one came to our table and everyone we had to look for someone not a good experience at all for 5 star hotel.
