I received a call a day before.my dinner booking asking me to cancel my reservation as the hotel had a big group coming.. I had reserved a table for 10 pax and informed everyone about the venue.. left a bad taste in my mouth..

I am lucky with my job as I can choose to go to many countries. However, after staying at this hotel and receiving just the most friendly and amazing service , especially from Naveen , I make Bangalore my number one choice . Naveen is hard working, polite and goes over and above to make sure his guests in the B cafe restaurant are well looked after. During breakfast and dinner Naveen and Minhaj always make sure I am well looked after . I know this hotel has had a change of ownership but I am so happy that your amazing staff are still here . I’m here for work , but honestly when I come here it feels like a mini break! Gorgeous rooms , brilliant gym and spa , food is incredible and the warm and professional service cannot be beaten anywhere in the world.
