Had a great stay at Andaz! The service was excellent and everyone was very warm and attentive. A special shoutout to Mr. Vijay Yadav from Annamaya and Mr. Rohit from the Concierge team — both went above and beyond and genuinely made our stay even better than expected. Would definitely come back!

My recent stay at this hotel turned out to be a truly delightful experience, largely thanks to the exceptional hospitality and warm ambience that instantly put me at ease. From the moment I checked in, the entire team went above and beyond to ensure comfort, maintaining a standard of attentiveness that is hard to find. A special mention goes out to one of the female staff members whose name if I am not wrong GURMEET DHANJAL, whose radiant energy completely elevated my stay. Her genuinely helpful nature, beautiful smile, and warm, friendly attitude brought such positive vibes to the property. It is rare to encounter someone who takes such personal pride in making guests feel welcome, and her presence truly made the experience memorable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel matches this level of care—serene, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. However, if there is one area that requires a rethink, it is the pricing. The current room rent feels quite high relative to what is offered, making it a bit difficult to justify for regular visits. If management were to consider slashing the price or adjusting the rates down by around twenty percent, this place would easily transition from a one-time getaway to a frequent destination for my future stays.
