Great stay in the heart of New Delhi ...

We stayed in this property for three nights. Our stay was comfortable, and we enjoyed good hospitality of the hotel. We also used their saloon and it was satisfactory. Quality of the food was good. On the top of everything, I must acknowledge excellent and professional service of the staff.
Best service by Pulkit

- Staff were hospitable and friendly. Huge thanks to the service desk gentleman for getting a present wonderfully wrapped in short notice. One of the great staff there, Mr Karan Singh, kept in touch with me throughout my stay and I appreciated that. There was a lot of friendly staff in all areas of the hotel.
- Room was very comfortable with light wood throughout. A great bed, a wonderful waterfall shower head, and electrical outlets plentiful and well placed for my computer and my phone.
- Food and beverage was excellent. I ate breakfast most mornings in the club lounge and the buffet was plentiful and tasty. The club lounge was never too crowded, in fact it was a quiet relaxing space in this bustling hotel. I also enjoyed one beer and appie in the bar off the lobby and had quite few lattes in the lobby coffee shop. All wonderful. Many staff to thank. Only got the name of one of the Clublounge chefs - Chef Saroj Kumar.
Only downside perhaps is if you are afraid of heights, all the floors are balcony hallways looking over a cavernous 20 floor central atrium.

Disappointing stay
May 3, 2025RAJESHESTEEMNew Delhi, India
Whilst the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is average. Better breakfast is available across the road at Shangri-La, both in terms of quality and variety.
Even the dishes at the buffet during lunch is just average.
However,Chef Naresh makes excellent Nihari, worth trying.
The hotel is indifferent to the request of a guest.

Disappointing stay.
Duty Manager Rajiv needs to be re-trained in how to interact with guest.
Will not like to stay again at the hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Staff are great. Food is good and location is great for Delhi site seeing. A very good experience overall. No issues recommending this hotel to other travellers. Seems well worth the price. If I ever came back I would stay here
