Amazing ambience and restaurant. We were taken care by Love & Devender Bisht a they served us very well. The earlier pasta was not as per the taste so they have replaced it and given us a great one instead. Lovely view If you visit sunset or evening brunches.

A recent upgrade to the rooms adds to charm of being Centrally located. Rooms are spacious and have a welcoming look. The shower is limited in a way but very practical and all utilities are stocked in the room. Fresh fruit basket was helpful. Breakfast is available both upstairs and downstairs. Kudos to the chef for sending me a bowl of moong dal halwa, much appreciated which made my day. Work table in room was useful in completing some of overflow from office. A pleasant stay in the heart of the Capital while keeping it quiet in the hustle and bustle. I still don’t understand the phone connections in the shower area , especially located above the health faucet.

We stay at this hotel every year in November. It is like coming home to family - staff know us and we love to visit with them. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The food is wonderful especially for us vegetarians. Kashmir heads a grand dining room and Khartic is in charge - efficient and very friendly. The beds are fabulously comfortable. My husband took an old laptop and the technical support got it working! Managers know their jobs. Vimal in the luggage dep't assisted with all sorts of things. Joyti in the Spa/Gym got my husband's legs moving again. This place is extremely clean, staff are so friendly and helpful and would highly recommend a stay here.
