Our Experience during stay was Excellent (Efficient process during check -in/out) Memorable like personalized service, making the stay memorable at every step. Staff is very polite. Proactive addressing during the stay specially food was curated as per our requirement being senior citizens. Escorting and helping us for each little requirement . Worth staying in terms of Value for Money , specially food in Heliconia , Breakfast experience was excellent. The staff was at the property was excellent specially Ms Isa, Ms Sen and Ms Lakshmi Verma who was helping since the booking process started through our daughter with all minute details and Ms Deepmala Jha who executed the plan so beautifully which is beyond imagination. A big thanks to them to make our stay memorable.

We had a very pleasant stay at JW Marriott Goa. A special mention to Deepmala Jha for her excellent hospitality — she was extremely helpful, easy to reach, and ensured everything went smoothly throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is great — close to Vagator Beach yet quiet and peaceful, which made it perfect for relaxing. The infinity pool was a lovely place to unwind, nicely insulated from outside crowds and without overly loud music. One minor downside is that the pool is not heated, which could matter depending on the season. Dinner at Heliconia was outstanding — a wide variety of food options, all very well prepared and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention too; it’s massive, with easily 200+ selections, catering to all tastes. The only thing we missed was direct beach access from the hotel, which would have made the experience even more seamless. Overall, a luxurious and calm property with excellent service, great food, and a relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend it for a peaceful Goa stay.
