Where to start from ; from check in to check out process everything was wonderful . Everyone from the front office team Rishabh Faizan shalini ; all were exceptionally good. The restaurant team mr. Noheed and all the service associates were professional and kin to help .. and the food Ammazzinggg ; what to say Hyatt never disappoints! And mr.talib from celini italian restaurant was very kind and generous to serve us amazing italian food to our room..thank you so much .. would also like to mention the IRD team and housekeeping team from the hotel ; they went courteous and so polite to us . They made me feel so welcomed and comfortable . Thank you so much grand hyatt mumbai; would love to come again . 😊.

This property is at a location near the international airport. Great property! We enjoyed the ambience and the spacious room . There were plenty of choices for food! The Chinese restaurant was excellent.

Grand Hyatt is always a pleasant hotel to visit with warm caring and truly professional staff. The facilities are outstanding give that my nature of work sees me travel to a lot many destinations.
