The Ocean view from the Ocean view rooms is fantastic and the beach is very close. Amazing landscape in the hotel premises. Great food and services. Thanks guys.

We had an excellent stay. The facilities are excellent, the food quality and variety are excellent, the staff were amazing at every encounter, and the pool and spa area were excellent. Overall, we felt that we received excellent value for money and would definitely return for another visit.

The resort overall is quite old. It is very large and a walk to get around. Due to school holidays Sun lounges were full by 10am. We had to eat in an event space for breakfast as restaurants were full. We also booked simulator golf and when we arrived they had double booked and just said sorry. We had booked first as I saw the booking sheet was free but they wouldn’t move the others are tell the next booking to move 30 minutes later to accommodate us. No free drinks offered or anything as we said we couldn’t move the date as we were checking out the next day. We then went to the terrace bar and ordered drinks and kids wanted vanilla ice cream where they said sorry there’s none but I said to them the corner store less than 50m that they run has some but she dismissed me so I had to walk the kids down to get it. I emailed reception about the golf where my husband received a message to discuss my email but my husband mentioned we had already checked out. We then had no reply so my husband reached out to say now we have checked out I assume you don’t get where he replied I can offer free golf. This shows they don’t care or didn’t read where we said we had checked out. Breakfast was average and mostly same every day. Grand Hyatt in Da Nang is next level for breakfast. I saw the Grand Hyatt at Sanur and it looked so much nicer. The actual staff are really lovely working around the resort and the Italian restaurant was good. Pool side cocktails are very weak. One day I had 6 and wasn’t close to tipsy. After seeing pictures of the Grand Mirage I wish I’d stayed there. Read less

Also had free drinks 24hrs. The hotel had many pools, we only used the main and rock pools. Theres a regular buggy cart that goes up and down the same route, and if lucky you can hop on a ride. The hotel is massive, was like 6 minute walk from my room to lobby. Room was nice, with balcony over looking coconut trees and big pond that had loads of ducks. Was nice to sit and watch them. Both kids slept in the fixed sofa bed. Easy access to the beach and a big complex called Bali Collection that had loads of food shops and shops which had a nice atmosphere with livel music every night. The beach receeds by about 1km (after 3pm) so do all your beach fun activities during high tide times (probably mid day). The breakfast buffet at the Grand club restaurant felt underwhelming. Pretty much had the same breakfast every morning and we got sick of eating the same food. Read less
