The hotel

Clustered into four low-rise Balinese-style water villages and spread over 40-acres of lily ponds and manicured gardens, the Grand Hyatt Bali is interlinked by waterfalls, lagoons and swimming pools which lead to the beach, protected by a barrier reef, creating a beautiful ‘water palace’ environment. Commanding a spectacular beachfront location in Nusa Dua, the Grand Hyatt Bali will provide you with all the services and amenities of a first class hotel. Located directly on the white sands of Nusa Dua next to the Bali Collection shopping centre. Transfer time from Denpasar Airport: 25 minutes.

636 rooms in 4 villages. All with balcony or terrace, air-conditioning, cable TV, complimentary WiFi, coffee maker, mini-bar*, safe, bathrobes and hairdryer. Grand Rooms have lagoon or garden views, with 2 single beds or 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child under 12 in a rollaway bed.

Half Board/Full Board options: includes breakfast and dinner or breakfast, lunch and dinner. Half Board and Full Board for dinner is available in the Salsa Verde Restaurant, Garden Cafe and Pasar Senggol.

Interconnecting Grand Rooms are also available. 

Ocean View Rooms offer views of the ocean, with 2 single beds or 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child under 12 in a rollaway bed.

Just perfect. Staff amazing. The Hyatt club area great. So many fine details and just beautiful everywhere with gardens, beach and pools. Will be back.

THANK YOU ALL! I hope the Hyatt appreciates the incredible team of people it has working for them as they truly make the experience 5*. Restaurants were also gorgeous - such great quality food and amazing flavours, we loved all our dining experiences at the various restaurants on offer (all-inclusive is well worth it)! Only room for improvement would be to employ regular / all day beach cleaners (who don't just bury the rubbish!) and even have clean-the-beach activity! I collected SO much rubbish it was sadly insane:( Also hotel should really be offering discounted rooms due to Garden Club being closed for refurbishments, especially to suites such as ours where our balcony overlooked refurbishments and was noisy in day :/ (when you pay $900 a night for a suite I don't think it's fair to have that outlook / noise)! Also some pool tiles needed fixing which the hotel was aware of and maintenance were fixing (a boy cut his foot on a sharp / loose one :( ) Good gym with sauna, steam and adult-only pool. Bikes to hire but think they should be free for longer than an hour! All in all we had an incredible stay and would certainly recommend to friends :) x Read less
