Stayed for a week on a luxury escape package all inclusive. Resort is lovely, beautiful gardens and great pools. Staff were always very polite. Our room 3227 was kept beautifully clean by our housekeeper, Darwini. Thanks very much Darwini! The Kriya Spa was a stand out. Thank you Nita and Lilly. The verandah bar was lovely to sit at to have pre dinner drinks and snacks. The food there is very nice. The watercourt restaurant was the stand out for us. Variety, ambience and attentive staff. We chose to have breakfast here every morning and also quite a few lunches and dinners. The Nampu Japanese restaurant was our least favourite I’m sorry to say. It can get very busy and very noisy and we found the food not as good as other Japanese restaurants in the other resorts along Nusa Dua. One big disappointment was the so called “all inclusive”. I had looked online at the restaurant menus before we travelled and saw very clearly what was included and what wasn’t in both food and beverage menus for all inclusive. However, when we had our first meal at the resort we had a “special” drinks menu which had a number of drinks omitted to what I had seen online. Very disappointing to only have Bintang on the menu as a beer choice. Is this because of it being a luxury escape package? Also we chose a club room thinking we got to go to the grand club for breakfast and make use of the grand club seperate pool etc. Not the case. You have to book direct with the grand Hyatt to get this benefit. Doesn’t come with the luxury escape package. Bit confusing as I didn’t see any benefit of paying extra for a club room then. Despite only eating at the hotel’s restaurants, I unfortunately suffered from a severe case of “Bali Belly,” which greatly affected my trip and return journey. This raises serious concerns about the food safety and hygiene standards at this property. In addition to this, my bathroom experienced water leakage from the room above, which caused inconvenience and discomfort during my stay. This maintenance issue added to my overall dissatisfaction. I chose Hyatt Nusa Dua expecting a high standard of service and facilities, and I hope you will address these matters promptly to prevent future guests from encountering similar problems. Read less
