What a great experience. Our family of nine, with ages from 4 to 68 went for an all inclusive week. The place exudes grandeur and the free transport to/from the airport was most welcoming. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the service was impeccable. All the staff are friendly, polite, professional and efficient. There are various places to eat and the food at every one was good. They even provide room service. Drinks are readily available, even on the beach, although they are all local until 21:00 when they serve premium spirits in the Panorama bar. There are free water sports and each adult was offered one free motorised water sport activity.

This resort is amazing. I can’t fault anything. The staff are beyond helpful & lovely. The food is delicious. The services are incredible (had a nurse come to our room, which was all provided free of charge from the hotel). The all inclusive package is the best I’ve seen. The new lazy river is so impressive, for both adults & children. It’s so relaxing & enjoyable with gardens throughout. I don’t want to stay anywhere else in Bali.

Good not great. Locals weren’t allowed to visit our room. I got Bali belly here yet a week in Padang Bai 3.5 start resort I didn’t. For the expensive room we booked I would have expected more.
