On Nusa Dua Beach. The Bali Collection shopping village is located 550 metres away. Transfer time from Denpasar Airport: 30 minutes.

All rooms have balcony/terrace, air-conditioning, flat-screen TV, DVD player, mini-bar*, safe, bathrobes, slippers and hairdryer, plus 24-hour Butler Service (on call) including freshly brewed tea/coffee and unpacking and packing service (on request). Deluxe Garden View Rooms have views over the tropical gardens, with 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 infant.

Half Board/Full Board options: available at a supplement. There are two restaurants with different menus, Banyubiru offering buffet dinner and Arwana for three-course menu. 

Deluxe Lagoon View Rooms have views over the swimmable lagoons, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 infant.

Deluxe Studio Rooms are more spacious and have a separate shower and bathtub in the bathroom, with 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child (under 12 years of age).

Deluxe Lagoon Access Rooms have direct access to the swimmable lagoons from the balcony, with 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 infant.

Deluxe Studio Lagoon Access Rooms are oversized rooms with lounge area, with 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child (under 12 years of age).

Executive Suites have a living and dining area, a separate bedroom and a separate shower and bathtub in the bathroom, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child (under 12 years of age).

Lagoon Access Suites with access to the lagoon via a private path; larger Deluxe Executive Suites; 2-storey Ocean View Suites with full kitchen; Deluxe Ocean View Suites which also have butler station and dedicated area by the beach with private sun loungers; duplex-style Grand Lagoon Suites with large terrace with direct access to private lagoon pool, butler station and private sun loungers. Everything about this resort is absolutely top class. It is essentially paradise. We were originally booked to stay 10 nights, but three days before we were due to fly home, I contrived to fall visiting a rice terrace in Ubud Province and break my ankle. I was admitted to hospital and my ankle was reset and after 4 nights in hospital, I then returned to the hotel before my insurers managed to arrange my repatriation home. Despite the nom de guerre, the hotel will know who I really am! In that time, the hotel looked after my wife in a manner which I will never forget. They transported her to and from the hospital to visit me, constantly asked after her and me and effectively treated us like family. When I returned to the hotel, the staff looked after me brilliantly, including supplying me with a wheelchair. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone in the resort is so friendly. From the cleaner sweeping the floor to the management, everyone stops to say hello, everyone has a smile on their face. It seems to be the Asian way of service that is sorely lacking in the UK. And the facilities in the resort are superb. Various pools all with a lovely temperature, a great gym (for which my use was cut short), a great room overlooking the lagoon, free water and wi-fi and a number of superb restaurants. I always generally book Bonvoy group hotels because the service is superb. In essence, you get what you pay for. With this Luxury Resort, you get far more. So, if you are thinking of booking The Laguna and are wavering, do not hesitate. You will not regret it. It’s only 2 hours from Darwin, 3 hours from Singapore and 4 hours from Perth. Grateful thanks to everyone who looked after my wife and I during this holiday. There are too many to name but include all the restaurant staff, the pool staff, the gym staff, reception staff and the guys on the front steps who assist with luggage and cars. There is such a positive vibe everywhere in this outstanding hotel. Nusa Dua is a special and beautiful place in Bali, and The Laguna Beach Resort & Spa is a big part of that. It's the perfect place to stay. While I could rave on about how gorgeous the property is - loads of bright colored tropical flowers and lush landscaping, saltwater pools, how delicious the food was, and how much fun I had while there - the biggest memory I'm taking away from this resort is the impeccable hospitality I received while there. Hospitality you rarely see anymore. And this hospitality wasn't just from one or two staff members, it was from EVERYONE. From housekeeping to the General Manager of the property. The hotel concierge, Gus, was so helpful in arranging my fun and relaxation from spa days, boating & snorkeling, touring temples, shopping, beachfront dinners, and even an Epicurean Journey at the resort. Shintaya, was the hostess with the mostest and she she went out of her way to do so many thoughtful things for me. She remembered how I ordered my cappuccino and the next morning, it came to my table automatically. When she found out I loved tropical fruit - she delivered a plate of the most beautiful fruit I've ever seen (picture in this post). Any staff I interacted with, remembered my name. Every day. And I was there for about a week. The General Manager of the property, I wish I could remember her name, joined me for a visit during breakfast. All staff consistently made eye contact, acknowledged me with a hello and a smile. This hotel had everything I was looking for and more. I highly recommend this resort to anyone traveling to Bali! The resort also provides photography by Dreams studio bali. The host Mary is such a beautiful and generous lady who helped us right from booking the photo session according to our convince to delivering us our final photo album. She gave us the best memories from Bali and a special shout out to the photographer Mardi who was very friendly and at the same time very professional which made the photo session fun and comfortable.
