The hotel

If you want to combine relaxation with marine sports in abundance, you’ve come to the right place! The Grand Mirage boasts more aqua-activities than any other resort in Bali with everything from kayaking to Sea Walker. There’s also all manner of land sports available or perhaps you just want to take it easy, relaxing on the beach or pampering yourself with a treatment at the Thalasso Spa in one of the 16 treatment rooms. Not forgetting the kids, for the older children there's a packed games room with everything from games consoles to table tennis and Bamboo Kids' Club is a wonderful place for the younger ones; we all know happy children equal happy parents! At night, after a fun filled and lively day, why not relax in one of the restaurants before enjoying a nightcap in the bar.

Nestled in over an acre of landscaped gardens, on the tip of Nusa Dua Beach, in the serene district of Tanjung Benoa. Transfer time from Denpasar Airport: 20 minutes.

All with air-conditioning, cable TV with in-house film, telephone, complimentary WiFi access, tea/coffee maker, mini-bar (re-stocked daily with beers, soft drinks and bottled water), safe, iron and board, hairdryer. Deluxe Garden Rooms with 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (rollaway bed available for 3rd person).

All Inclusive of: unlimited dishes and non-alcoholic or alcoholic drinks in 8 restaurants and 3 bars. Daily replenished mini-bar. Afternoon tea. Unlimited dishes selected from the room service menu. Unlimited motorised water sports, cultural and sport activities. Vouchers for motorised weer sport (sea-walker, jet ski, speed boat and banana boat. Excellent service , great entertainment! Brilliant for kids too . Food was amazing did all inclusive well worth it . Room was great and cleaned everyday , loved every moment . The only thing I will say is you have to get up early to get bed at the infinity adult pool 😁

We chose this hotel for its location — just 20–30 minutes from the airport, which is a real advantage when traveling with kids. The property is split into two main buildings, with one specifically for families. We stayed in the family wing, which features a splash play area (though the water was too cold to use, even in scorching weather). A big highlight is the two well-equipped game rooms for tweens and teens. These spaces are thoughtfully designed, offering a variety of video games, board games, football, ping pong, pool tables, basketball, and air hockey. There’s something for everyone, and it was a real hit with older kids. The outdoor playground and trampoline were great additions, helping keep the younger ones entertained. Unfortunately, the Kids Club was underwhelming — my daughter only stayed five minutes, as there was nothing much to play with. Activity scheduling was also poorly managed; we missed popular experiences because they were only announced after being fully booked, and the information wasn’t well communicated. Many activities required extra payment. Most poolside service was inconvenient unless you’re at the swim-up bar. Otherwise, you have to hunt for a waiter or go into the restaurant every time. An interactive app for ordering would be a huge help. Breakfast was so-so — repetitive and not particularly tasty, and after a week, I stuck to just one item. The on-site restaurants were pricey, but the local options right outside the hotel were much better and cheaper, with plenty of choices for food, massages, and other services nearby. Our ground-floor room was clean but noisy, making restful sleep difficult even with earplugs. I ended up resorting to antihistamines at night. The real shining stars here are the staff: exceptionally kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly, which made a big difference throughout the stay. Overall, the convenient location, great game rooms, and excellent staff were highlights. However, poor activity communication, weak Kids Club, mediocre food, and sleepless nights meant the stay averaged out for us. We probably wouldn’t return, but there are definitely some positives for families with older kids. Read less

Feel good while stay with grand mirage resort. Room is clean, staff is friendly. There are few pools eg, infinite , kids and lazy river in the hotel. Suitable for travel with family and kids
