“Valley views from the pool edge. Pure magic”

We stayed here for 2 nights and truly enjoyed it. With clean room , perfect balcony facing to the jungle.. delicious breakfast.All the staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with genuine smiles that showed their sincerity. The room amenities were great, and the crackers with sambal were a unique, delicious touch.
Special thanks to Ms. Nova for the warm welcome and excellent service. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. It’s a great and amazing spot to relax, calm your mind, and recharge your energy before facing the world again.We ‘ll be back!

Our stay at Alila Ubud was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel itself is stunning, surrounded by beautiful jungle views, peaceful atmosphere, and amazing facilities that made our vacation unforgettable. What really made the experience special, however, was the outstanding hospitality from the staff.
A very special thank you to Maryanti, Adi, Liya, Putu, and Diah for their warm kindness, professionalism, and genuine care throughout our stay. Every interaction with them made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued as guests. Their attention to detail and sincere hospitality went above and beyond our expectations.
