Beautiful resort with warm hospitality, great food & incredible customer service reception, restaurant & spa . Special shout out to Butlers Darmen, Arya & Mana who looked after us, offered suggestions for trips & arranged taxis.. all staff in front & behind the scenes are a credit to Maya … thank you to all for making our stay - memorable
TIP: book a villa with pool.. adults only pool gets busy early. The one day we went, we observed sunbeds were all taken by mid morning.

We visited Maya Ubud for our wedding ceremony and a short vacation. The resort is absolutely stunning, food is amazing and the staff are so friendly and attentive. I want to bring to attention the extremely exceptional wedding team. We put a lot of faith in them to decorate, come up with the menu, timelines and hire the additional staff such as musicians and DJS, with no micro management at all from us, and everything went smoothly, and everything was excellent. This allowed us to just focus on ourselves and our guests and provided an extremely stress free wedding. All of this was for a very reasonable fee as well. I would highly recommend anyone considering a destination wedding in a tropical location to choose this resort. You won’t be disappointed.

Great hotel with excellent service in a beautiful, secluded area of the Ubud «jungle». We booked the «heavenly pool villa king bed». The villa is modern, clean and really good looking. The breakfast has anything you could ever want! Ari will give you a real energy-boost if you want to check out their excellent gym. Tana can answer just about any question you would have as with his 15 years of experience at Maya he has probably seen a good mix of requests. The tree top cafe next to the riverside pool offers great Italian-inspired food and the two main restaurants will make you happy no matter what you order!
They offer a shuttlebus free of charge once every hour to the center of Ubud, and if the timing don’t fit, you can always get a Grab og Gojek real cheap. All in all this was a 5 star experience for us. The staff will treat you like royals. Can truly recommend!
