“Amazing hotel!”

Amazing hotel with warm and welcoming staff. The butler service is handy for booking dinner reservations or activities on WhatsApp, nothing is ever too big of an ask and they reply very quickly.
The grounds themselves were amazing. There was a nature trail, a river and rice terraces all on site, with complimentary guided tours. We had a villa with a private pool that was worth the money.
The food and entertainment were also great. The breakfast had mainly Asian options, but there was an à la cart menu with more Western options included in the price.
Overall, Maya definitely earns its 5 star rating and we already plan on coming back. We loved everything.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Maya Ubud. The service was exceptional, and every staff member was kind and attentive.
We would especially like to thank our butlers, Darmen, Arya, Mana, and Gus. They took such great care of us and made our stay even more special. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made a big difference.
Everything from the beautiful surroundings to the relaxing atmosphere was perfect. We had an unforgettable experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali.

We had an incredible stay at Maya Ubud. If you are visiting the area, look no further—the Pool Villa experience was a highlight, particularly the serene views from the River Cafe. The breakfast offered an impressive spread with a fantastic variety of Asian dishes. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary photo session, which provided a lovely souvenir of our trip.
The service here is exceptional. The entire butler team—Arya (our butler), Darmen, Mana, and Ricky—went above and beyond to ensure we were well-looked after. Additionally, Dewi at breakfast was wonderful, meticulously handling my vegetarian requests. The staff's courtesy and friendliness truly made our stay memorable.
