“Beautiful hotel in a stunning location”

We recently stayed at The Maya Ubud for my 50th birthday in a 1 bed pool villa the villa was absolutely stunning with beautiful views over the rice fields. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful location with amazing views over the river. The staff at the Maya can not do enough for you and nothing is to much.
Thank you to Sadewi who always greeted you with an amazing smile, caring and great conversation and Dewi who was wonderful and kind and a pleasure to talk to, it was so lovely to meet you both and made us feel so welcome every morning at breakfast.
Thank you to Darsa, Nila, jaya, mona, Adt who took care of all our needs at front desk and Rupa who drove us safely to town.
We will miss you 🙏🏼
“Can’t wait to come back to Maya Ubud”

This was our second stay at Maya Ubud, and it did not disappoint.
We loved:
Our butler, Wiartana, who took very good care of us.
The delicious and varied breakfast selections.
The location which is very close to Ubud center but hidden in the jungle that is so peaceful and provided monkey spotting every day.
Our villa and spending the hot afternoons in our pool.
The 90 minute massage at the spa and hearing the running river which made it even more relaxing.
The service and smiles from all the staff that made us feel right at home.
Only thing that needs improvement:
WiFi. It was free but tended to be very spotty.

A truly special place to stay, 5 star in the jungle. We stayed in a villa after being upgraded in what is a truly special setting. The staff are so polite, friendly and stop at nothing to ensure you have a lovely stay. The adult infinity pool and spa area is a particular highlight located next to the river meandering through the jungle. We also arranged ebike excursions to the ricefields through the hotel and also quadbiked through tunnels and a waterfall in the jungle. We've had truly spectacular time and didn't want to leave.
