Wonderful and Memorable Stay in Kyoto
We had a truly wonderful and memorable stay at Moxy Hotel Kyoto. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was fun, warm, and welcoming.
The location is absolutely perfect—very close to the station, surrounded by convenience stores, and incredibly easy to get around. Right next to the hotel, there’s also one of the best ramen spots in Kyoto, recommended by the staff. We tried it, and it was excellent—such a fantastic local recommendation!
The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The amenities were excellent, thoughtful, and well-prepared—everything we needed was provided.
The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Mr. Hiro. He treated us like we had been friends for a long time—so kind, sweet, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable during our stay. When we were about to leave the hotel and head back to Osaka, he personally made sure we got into the taxi safely, helped us with our luggage, and shared so much helpful information—not only about places to visit in Kyoto but also great recommendations for Osaka.
His hospitality truly made our experience special and unforgettable. It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel so welcomed and cared for while traveling.
