“Fun hotel”

A great hotel with a very lively atmosphere. Rooms were very clean, provided with pyjamas to sleep in. Staff were very helpful, helping me arrange a luggage service back to Tokyo. Great location just over the road from a train station.

“Not my Favorite MOXY !!”

We love MOXY hotel. We have stayed at several. Tokyo, Pompeii, Athens just a few . This one was the worst we have stayed at as far as Customer Service. My husband is Titanium and we didn’t feel it here . 1) You can’t get a Cappuccino until after they serve breakfast around 11 AM . Really not with breakfast. I don’t want black drip coffee . 2) He gets drink and food vouchers $10 for each of us . The first 3 nights we could get snacks to take to our room . Ice cream, chips and an apple . Tonight our last night the girl at the counter said NO only food from the Menu . If your a Marriott elite that’s never been than way at any we stay at in the World . Needless to say it’s a nice hotel and great area . Customer service not the Best !!! We love ,love the one in Tokyo. They are top notch . They have an Amazing Nespresso Machine and you can get coffee 24/7 days a week .

The hotel is very close to the train station. The room was clean and comfortable, on the smaller side though.
