“Excellent Room and Views!”

We had an amazing suite on the 18th floor with incredible views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel was very clean and still had a "new" feeling and look to it. The staff was friendly and helpful and many spoke English. The food, however, was disappointing and was very limited in the Executive Lounge so we ordered room service which was better. Also, as a suggestion, the music playing in the Lounge (as well as in the corridors) was a bit strange (almost creepy). Overall, we would return but may skip the lounge next time.

I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Osaka Castle and would like to share my appreciation for the memorable experience.
The location of the hotel was excellent. Being close to Osaka Castle allowed me to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, while also providing convenient access to explore the city. The view of Osaka Castle from my room was truly one of the highlights of my stay and made my time in Osaka even more special.
The room was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing, and the beautiful view from the room added an extra touch to the overall experience.
I was also very satisfied with the dining experience. The quality of the food was excellent, and the service provided by the team made each meal more enjoyable. The attention to detail and warm hospitality were impressive.
Most of all, I was touched by the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone I met was kind, professional, and attentive. I especially appreciated how the team checked whether everything was comfortable and if I needed any assistance before I even had to ask.
Thank you to the entire DoubleTree by Hilton Osaka Castle team for creating such a memorable stay. The wonderful location, comfortable room, excellent dining, and heartfelt hospitality made my visit to Osaka truly special.
I highly recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Osaka Castle to anyone visiting Osaka and look forward to returning again in the future.

Excellent location that overlooks Osaka Castle. I am diamond now that I was gold when I stayed here last month and they upgraded me to executive floor before I even got to the hotel. This was very much appreciated.
Not a huge fan of Hilton, which I will say in almost every review however, this is a very nice property. Nene in the lounge was outgoing and a great brand ambassador.
Rooms were comfortable and modern. Couldn’t ask for better. And just a couple of minutes to a major train station.
