“Great Hotel Experience & Clean”

It’s a great experience staying in this hotel. The staffs were generally very polite and friendly. Would like to commend Ayumi at the lounge. She is very proactive in helping the guests and she is very hardworking. Definitely, will stay in this hotel again if I’m in Osaka next time
“Excellent hotel”

Stayed in April and was very happy with this hotel, new modern and comfortable bedrooms, stunning views overlooking Osaka castle, good location. Executive lounge is very good, and popular among guests. Attentive staff accross all areas, reception kindly helped us with luggage transfer, and breakfast was truly a highlight each day, so many items to choose from, great variety and got to try local dishes. Special thanks to Aki, who gave lovely handmade cards to us each morning, thank you for looking after us. I hope we can return in the future!
“Peaceful stay next to Osaka Castle”

Located near Osaka Castle, it's a great spot for a more peaceful stay as opposed to staying in Namba or Umeda. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and we were upgraded to an Executive Floor and the view from the Executive Lounge is stunning. It can be a bit crowded and there didn't seem to be enough attendants to deal with the number of guests. There is a 7E nearby for late night snacks.
The view from the room was the river. Shower was great, bed was fluffy. Breakfast is also very busy and the restaurant also faces Osaka Castle. Liked the fresh onigiri and the complimentary dessert of the day for Gold and Diamond members.
The front office staff were great - thank you Hanwool and Mitsuki for your warm welcome and assistance. Only negative - the bell boys. They saw us struggling with our luggage and offered no assistance. A female bell hop came out to help a little, but her male colleagues just watched which was disappointing. Upon departure it was the same, as well as a lack of initiative to ask for the license plate of our cab.
Other than the bell hops it was a great stay, would definitely recommend.
