Excellent location that overlooks Osaka Castle. I am diamond now that I was gold when I stayed here last month and they upgraded me to executive floor before I even got to the hotel. This was very much appreciated.
Not a huge fan of Hilton, which I will say in almost every review however, this is a very nice property. Nene in the lounge was outgoing and a great brand ambassador.
Rooms were comfortable and modern. Couldn’t ask for better. And just a couple of minutes to a major train station.

I was part of a large group snd we stayed at Double Tree Hilton Osaka Castle. The location was excellent. Perfect for magical early morning walks in the castle grounds. Easy commute to tourist spots and shopping areas. The hotel is maintained impeccably. The rooms have all the amenities for comfort and needless to say,like most of Japan, spotlessly clean.The breakfast spread is amazing. The staff--well trained, courteous, hospitable and kind. What makes this hotel stand out? Check my pictures. Aki, the restaurant hostesss, comes to each table every morning, to enquire about the well being of the guests, she has a chat with each one in turn and then presents a hand-written note personalising it by writing the names in Japanese. A big shout out to Aki. You don't know how much you brightened up our mornings with your sweet smile, kind words and natural charm.

It’s a great experience staying in this hotel. The staffs were generally very polite and friendly. Would like to commend Ayumi at the lounge. She is very proactive in helping the guests and she is very hardworking. Definitely, will stay in this hotel again if I’m in Osaka next time
