⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We really enjoyed our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Osaka Castle! From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The entire hotel is clean, modern, and feels very well cared for. One person who really stood out was Aki in the restaurant. She greeted us warmly every day and was always so friendly and happy to see us. She even gave us a couple of small gifts as a thank-you, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. Those little things really made us feel welcome. The Diamond Lounge was also a big highlight. They have a nice selection of food and drinks every evening, and the staff there were fantastic. It was a great place to relax at the end of the day. And of course, the views of Osaka Castle are amazing! The hotel gym deserves a mention too. It’s a really nice, modern gym with plenty of free weights and cardio equipment — definitely one of the better hotel gyms we’ve used. We also loved having a larger room with a king bed. King beds and spacious rooms can be surprisingly hard to find in Japan, so this was a huge plus. The location was convenient as well — about an 8-minute walk to the metro, with a 7-Eleven literally a minute away. There’s also a coin laundry about a 13-minute walk from the hotel if you need one. Overall, we had a great experience here. The hotel is modern and spotless, the staff are genuinely friendly, the facilities are excellent, and you can’t beat waking up with a view of Osaka Castle. We’d happily stay here again!

One of the best DoubleTree hotels in the world Absolutely outstanding hotel. In my opinion, DoubleTree by Hilton Osaka could easily be a benchmark for other hotels of the brand worldwide. The location is excellent, but what truly makes this hotel exceptional is the service. The entire team delivers hospitality at a level that is rare to find — professional, warm, genuine and consistently focused on the guest. A huge congratulations to the management and every member of the team for creating such a welcoming atmosphere. A very special thank you to the Executive Lounge team, whose service was simply phenomenal. In particular, I would like to recognize Ms. Yuzuki Nobori, who was outstanding throughout my stay. Her professionalism, warmth, attention to detail and genuine care for guests perfectly represent what hospitality should be. Yuzuki, I wish you every success on your journey in hospitality. With your attitude and talent, I would not be surprised to see you become a General Manager of a Hilton hotel one day. Hilton needs people like you. Thank you once again to the entire team for an exceptional stay. I have stayed at many DoubleTree by Hilton hotels around the world, and I can honestly say that DoubleTree by Hilton Osaka is among the very best. Congratulations and thank you!

“Nice hotel, Good location”

This is a relatively new hotel near Osaka Castle, which means it has great views over the castle and its grounds but some hiccups when it comes to customer service. The room is designed with efficient use of space and with modern, minimalist Japanese decor. It has everything one needs for a comfortable hotel stay. That said, the rooms might be too small if two people are sharing it.
