“Second time visiting this great hotel”

The hotel is located in a very good area connected to the subway and its shops as well as to a large shopping center with luxury Brands breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of different dishes. .it also has a sauna, swimming pool and gym . The rooms are spacious but decor is a bit old-fashion

I do not know how an hotel can withdraw 300 usd deposit from an already paid customer's credit card during check-in? Do they have a right to do that? When i asked reason the receptionist lady told me that i may damage furniture in the room or i may drink from room's mini-bar without noticing or i may eat hotel's restaurants without paying etc... so much silly reasons. When i book this hotel at booking.com, they gave no me warning about this? Also the room's furnitures were old and sound insulation was very poor. You can hear all noises coming from the busy avenue in front of the hotel. Never stay in a lotte hotel again, this was very rude!!

“Good option if you want an upscale Busan hotel”

This is a huge hotel with a casino. It's attached to the Lotte department store which is actually like a mall too. It's close to the subway and convenient for getting around Busan. Our room was clean, and everything worked perfectly. Housekeeping did a great job too. All of the staff we encountered were helpful and polite in a formal type of way. Breakfast is extensive with so many western and Asian options that I think anyone would be able to find something they like here. Quality was very good. Even though this is a 5 star hotel, you have to pay extra to have access to the pool and spa, so if those are important to you, make sure to plan accordingly.
