“Not as enjoyable on this visit”

This is our 3rd visit to the RYSE . It is located in a vibrant active part of soul. Lots of good restaurants and shops. On this visit the hotel was busier and occupied by very large groups of young men and women which really changes the atmosphere of the hotel. We did not enjoy this visit compared to previous visits because of the busy hotel and the large groups of visitors. The breakfast restaurant was extremely busy in the morning and made breakfast less enjoyable. The front guest services was not as helpful as in the past as the workers were less resourceful to investigate local activities.

We stayed at RYSE, Autograph Collection by Marriott from August 25–29 and can highly recommend it! The location is phenomenal – right next to the lively Hongdae Street with endless shops, cafes, and nightlife. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering everything from European to Asian dishes as well as fresh fruit – a perfect start to the day. Our room was spotlessly clean and beautifully designed. Even though we had a side view, being on the 16th floor still felt amazing. The atmosphere of the hotel is stylish yet welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul!

We stayed in room 1206 from 2/6 to 9/6. The room and toilets were clean. The lifts super fast. The location is the best with food, shopping and public transport nearby. The staff here so polite and helpful. I want to give a shout out to the kind staff who helped us with the bags during our check out. She came to the bus stop, spoke the language and made sure we got a seat! Sorry I dint get your name - my heartfelt thanks to you. Overall a BEST family hotel!!!and we hope to see you again!
