“Excellent Customer Support”

Excellent customer service provided by Amalia-Asst Manager. Her intervention and effort in solving my issue due to Agoda booking which what was provided is different when I check in at the hotel at multiple occasions. Amalia was quick to recognised the issue and given me assurance and jump into to negotiate with Agoda to resolve it and not leaving it to me to manage it with Agoda. Kudos and thumbs up to her!

John from Hong Kong. This is my first time to Singapore and I want to share my experience as well as to compliment the staff of this hotel. A friendly lady named Hennesy helps with my check-in, giving me a free upgrade without me asking for it. She explained the rules and details to me with lots of patience. During my stay, I also called the call center many times for help, as this is our first time in this foreign country. Most of them are friendly especially Aileen who leave me a super good impression. She helps to answer all my questions patiently making sure I understand. She even go through the extra mile by giving me alternative options on how to go to/from Chinatown. All these contribute to my memorable stay. The room ambient was those oldies style. Overall, room is old but given the price for my booking, I have no complain over it. Breakfast at the restaurant was overall good, the selection of food was good. I will definitely visit again with my small token of appreciation. Thank you. John
