Signature Studio Rooms are recently renevated, and are larger in size with a seating area, and 1 queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Family Rooms are equipped with a private balcony offering city or river view rooms, with 1 large double bed and an extra single bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Executive Rooms include access to the Club Lounge which offers complimentary daily buffet breakfast, all-day tea and coffee, soft drinks and snacks, complimentary evening cocktails, and complimentary laundry or pressing service.

James from the security team at entrance was very friendly & professional.When I enquired abt the ramp being so steep, he immediately volunteer to help with my mum's wheelchair via another way to the elevator.Very efficient staff , any hotel would proud to have.

Thanks to ARTI, I was able to do an early check-in. All the hotel staff were so kind that I was able to stay in a good mood. There is a havelock station near the hotel, and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel, so it is convenient to use transportation. There is no shower robe, but other amenity are well provided.

Service was excellent. Staff are friendly and patience especially Samlam, Arti, Aaliyah & Amalia. I will definitely comes again. The Princess Terrace buffet was good with great choice of food. Their staff was helpful snd friendly. I will sure recommend friends to come.

Wonderful experience. Super smooth check-in experience. Thanks guest relation executive on duty, Ms Jahan for nice cooperation. Rooms were clean. Perfect view from windows. Food quality was super-cool. Definitely will come back again.
