“An excellent experience in Grand Copthorne Waterfront hotel”

I had a very nice stay in this hotel. The reception desk espically miss Shirley and miss Jennifer were more than helpful during check in and through my stay when I needed help. Truly they were professional very welcoming and patient when asking them questions. The room was big and specious and clean . House keeping was doing a good job on a daily basis. Location was amazing. Special thanks to Door man Me. Vincent for welcoming and assisting me with cars every time I arrive or leave the hotel. Big thanks to the hotel management for this wonderful experience. I am sure i will book this hotel again when I come back next time.

While I appreciate the stay, there were a few significant issues. First, check-in took far too long because the staff kept moving between the automated machines and the front desk. Second, the rooms are not soundproof; I could clearly hear hallway conversations and furniture moving upstairs. Lastly, the service needs improvement—some staff members didn't smile and just used hand gestures rather than speaking to me when I ordered an omelette, which came across as rude.
