“We Didn’t Get to Say Goodbye, So This Is Our Thank You to Nursha”

Oct 11, 2026MrMrsScorpio S

Our honeymoon stay at Grand Copthrone Waterfront Hotel was a special gift from both our parents. They had stayed at the hotel during their holiday last December and chose the same room category for us so we could enjoy the evening cocktails at the Club Lounge and its breathtaking views. But there was another special reason they chose this hotel. They told us to look for Nursha, as her service was beyond words and she had taken such wonderful care of them throughout their stay. Our parents felt so pampered that they couldn’t stop talking about her! Curious and excited, my wife and I did our research and came across numerous TripAdvisor reviews mentioning Nursha by name. We were looking forward to meeting her and even planned a little surprise. On our first evening at the Club Lounge, Nursha approached us to check our room number before we entered. To our surprise, she greeted us by our surnames and asked whether we had received the complimentary honeymoon cake arranged by her and the team. We said yes but kept quiet about how we knew her. We wanted to observe her for ourselves first! Finally, on our third evening, we revealed our little secret and said, “So, it’s YOU, Nursha — the one who spoiled our parents!” We explained everything and thanked her for giving our parents such exceptional care and making them feel so special. After experiencing her service ourselves, we completely understood why our parents had spoken so highly of her. What stood out most was the way Nursha greeted every guest by name, always with warmth and a genuine smile. She made everyone feel welcomed and at home. We were especially touched when we saw guests leaving the lounge calling out her name to thank her. Even when she was busy, she would stop what she was doing and personally walk out to see them off. That small gesture spoke volumes about her sincerity and dedication. From the thoughtful honeymoon cake to her warm, personal attention, Nursha made our stay truly memorable. She is not simply someone who provides excellent service; she is someone who makes people feel remembered, appreciated, and cared for. Sadly, we didn’t get the chance to say goodbye to Nursha before we left. We were disappointed that we couldn’t thank her in person one last time, so we decided to write this review as our way of expressing the gratitude we wished we could have shared with her. "Nursha, thank you for taking such wonderful care of our parents and for making our honeymoon extra special. You have become part of our family’s beautiful memories at Grand Copthrone Waterfront Hotel. We hope this review reaches you as our little way of saying goodbye and thank you. You truly deserve all the recognition and appreciation for the wonderful person you are." Grand Copthrone Waterfront Hotel is fortunate to have someone like you. Keep shining, Nursha! ❤️❤️

“Exceptional Wedding Butler Nursha - The Heart Behind a Truly Special Wedding Day”

Oct 11, 2026Compass50162385970

We attended our relative’s daughter’s wedding today and were truly touched by the exceptional service provided by her wedding butler, Nursha. From the moment we saw her in action, we could tell that she was someone who genuinely takes pride in her work. She was professional, warm, friendly, and always wore the most sincere smile. What touched us most was how she was constantly by the bride’s side, making sure her gown was always perfectly arranged and looked beautiful throughout the day. It may seem like a small gesture, but it speaks volumes about her dedication, attentiveness, and genuine care for the bride. Nursha is patient, attentive, and never pushy. She doesn't make anyone feel rushed or pressured. Instead, she gives the couple the space to enjoy their special moments while quietly ensuring that everything is taken care of. You can truly feel that her intention is not simply to fulfil her duties, but to make the bride and groom feel special, comfortable, and well cared for on one of the most important days of their lives. To all couples who want their wedding day to be truly special, look no further! This hotel is definitely worth considering, and if you have the opportunity to have Nursha as your wedding butler, you will be in wonderful hands. ❤️ A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime occasion, and having someone who genuinely cares about even the smallest details makes all the difference. Nursha's patience, sincerity, and thoughtful gestures did not go unnoticed. As wedding guests, we were genuinely touched by the way she cared for the bride and made sure she looked her best throughout the day. Thank you, Nursha, for showing us what heartfelt hospitality truly looks like. Your sincere smile, gentle approach, and dedication made a lasting impression on us. You didn't just do your job; you made the people around you feel special through your genuine care and kindness. Nursha, you are truly an asset to the hotel, and your outstanding service deserves to be recognised. We hope more couples will have the privilege of experiencing the same wonderful care you gave our relative's daughter on her special day. ❤️

“An Unforgettable Wedding Lunch (10/10/2026) Made Special by an Amazing Team”

Oct 11, 2026Kai Cong L

We held our wedding lunch at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel and we couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful experience. A wedding is such a meaningful occasion and having a team that is attentive, organised, and genuinely caring made the entire day so much more memorable. A special thank you to Lijun from the Guest Experience Team/Front Desk for assisting us with the various miscellaneous tasks and stay requests. She was always helpful and accommodating, making sure our needs were taken care of and helping to ease some of the stress that comes with wedding preparations. A huge thank you to Bonn, the Banquet Manager, who truly went above and beyond. Bonn managed the banquet exceptionally well, provided valuable advice, and ensured everything was in the right place at the right time. What touched us most was the attention to the little details. Knowing that my wife and I would be constantly running around, Bonn constantly prepared water for us so we could stay hydrated throughout the day. He even anticipated the emotional moments and prepared tissues for us. These may seem like small gestures but they meant a great deal to us and showed just how much thought and care went into making our day special. We would also like to thank Serene, our wedding coordinator, for coordinating the preparations leading up to our wedding lunch. From helping to organize the arrangements to ensuring the necessary details were in place ahead of time, Serene played an important role in getting everything ready for our special day. We truly appreciate the time, effort, and coordination that went into the preparations, which helped give us greater peace of mind as we approached our wedding lunch. Last but not least, thank you to Vincent, the valet parking attendant for taking care of our car and helping to make the parking arrangements smooth and hassle-free. It was another thoughtful part of the overall experience that we truly appreciated. Looking back, what stood out most was not just the venue or the banquet itself, but the people behind the scenes who made everything possible. From the planning and coordination to the thoughtful gestures that anticipated our needs, the team made us feel well taken care of on one of the most important days of our lives. Our heartfelt thanks to Lijun, Bonn, Serene, Vincent and the entire team at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel for helping to make our wedding lunch such a wonderful and memorable occasion. We truly appreciate all the effort, professionalism and genuine care shown to us and we would gladly recommend the hotel to couples planning their wedding celebration! As for the hotel rooms, I had the opportunity to stay in both the Premier and Grand Deluxe rooms. Both offered great views, clean and well-maintained interiors, quality furnishings, spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. The rooms were well-equipped with excellent amenities and facilities, making the stay very comfortable. The in-room dining was also great and the breakfast offered a satisfying start to the day. Overall, both room categories provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you for being part of our special day and giving us beautiful memories to look back on!
