Very good although a bit far from the airport (considering I had to stay due to a missed flight connection). Special mention to Lai on the front desk and Vincent at concierge - both very helpful and friendly

Had to create a TripAdvisor account for this. Came down to food capital with my family for brunch as there was a ndp promotion. Food was delicious especially the wagyu steak and the local deserts were a special touch. Food was delicious especially the wagyu steak and the local deserts were a special touch. As someone that used to work in the fnb industry it warms my heart to see this specific manager Marcus showing great leadership with his team. Guiding his staff with a smile, serving with a smile. Even in his business jacket he is constantly helping the team by carrying stack and stacks of plates to fill up the buffet area. Definitely very nice to see someone genuine and serving with his heart. Read less

Excellent stay and service . Came earlier before checkin with the family and small one was fast asleep at that time. Guest recep Ms Rosheen was considerate enough to work out a room for us earliest . Place was clos3 by to nice chill out spots and amazing view in the night....

Was amazed as been here some years ago. The renovation is very good. The service was truly the highlight. Especially at the executive lounge. Everyone was so hospitable. Particularly Sheila was so warm friendly and helpful. The service is of a superior standard.

In general, it has been an excellent stay in the hotel.. got a room that allowed us to view the National Day fireworks - shoutout to hotel staff, Arif, for making it possible and memorable for us! Appreciate it much! :)
