“Amazing Wedding Banquet Experience”

We signed a wedding lunch package with Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel during BOWS in Jan’25. Our wedding was held in Dec’25 and we absolutely enjoyed the experience. Throughout the wedding preparation, our Sales Managers (Stephanie and Sylvia) were very helpful and prompt in assisting with our queries and requests. They also gave alot of practical tips and advice on how to better organise and do things based on their experience which helped alot! Due to a change in plans, we had to change our ballroom last minute and they were kind and flexible about it and the process was seamless. They communicated key dates ahead of time to ensure we were aware of important decisions and helped create a timeline of our wedding planning preparations. The meetings we had were productive and helpful thanks to Sylvia. Food tasting went well with the help of Guo Wei, who addressed our questions and was very friendly throughout. The chef took note of our feedback and made the changes on our wedding day, our guests gave feedback that they enjoyed the food. Days before our wedding day, we were assigned a wedding butler (Sheila). She was such a pleasure to have as she helped us by managing all the logistics requests and help needed. On top of that, she followed us around wherever we went and helped my wife with her dresses and was attentive to her needs e.g. passing her tissue when she noticed my wife was sweating and constantly looking out for her to make sure she’s comfortable. After our banquet, Sheila continued to stay in touch with us to ensure we have a comfortable stay and our needs taken care of. The wedding day itself ran smoothly and as planned. Sylvia was present throughout to oversee the event which gave us a lot of assurance. Special shout-out to uncle Lee who kept offering us drinks throughout the wedding to make sure we were hydrated when we were busy running around and not having time to eat. Last but not least, to Li Ming who ensured our bridal suite was clean and comfortable during our stay. Uncle Vincent also helped us load up our bags onto the bridal car on the very last day, just before we left the hotel. There were also other staff who assisted us along the way but unfortunately we missed out their names. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our wedding experience with Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel as the team is very experienced and their service is truly wonderful and from the heart. The team at Grand Copthorne Waterfront felt like a guiding hand and a good friend from the planning stages, all the way till the execution and end of the wedding. My wife and I loved the decorations of the ballroom and the lovely and spacious foyer as well. Thank you to the team who made our dream wedding possible! I hope whoever is reading this gives them a chance to help you with your dream wedding as well! 🤗🤗
