Where is it

City centre location, close to shopping, entertainment and dining destinations. Direct access from the hotel lobby to the MRT subway station. Transfer time for Singapore Airport: 25 minutes.

10mins walk to the Orchard road with big trees all over the streets makes it comfortable to walk around. Hotel is great only sometimes they forgot to clean, so l have to ask again when we arrive. As usual buffet breakfast is great.

We have booked a Deluxe Room - Kingsize Bed for three adults. The Check-in was a little late. Plenty of space, clean, comfortable bath and comfortable beds. Breakfast was plentiful with everything you need without much delay.  The pool on the top is truly fantastic, and the Pool Bar has everything to make experience unique. Access to the hotel is very easy from the airport by taxi or transport. For day trips the station is just downstairs from the hotel. The only big problem was that the 1500€ deposit we had paid at check-in was returned after 15 days. Consequently our credit card was blocked. Read less

We stayed for 2 nights in a Club King room that allowed us access to the very good lounge on our way to and from Indonesia The room layout and fittings are just right – a comfy large bed – decent shower with toiletries – tea and coffee making facilities – controllable air conditioning - a large picture window offering views down Orchard Road towards Tangs The Lounge is one of the best we have come across – very high standard of service – good array of choices at breakfast – and in the evening the extensive hot and cold food selection – is enough for a dinner – plus it is self-service for alcoholic drinks of which there is a very good selection In terms of location the hotel is very accessible – situated above a shopping mall – direct access onto Orchard Road – a taxi rank within paces of the hotel outside of the Somerset MRT – the only usual feature of the hotel is that it is situated on the 10th floor – reception lobby and restaurants – with rooms starting on the next floor – on the roof there is a swimming pool with sun loungers and a bar – offering views across the city which become spectacular at night We found the service to be excellent – our taxi driver from the airport only told us on arrival at the hotel that he didn’t accept credit cards – we had no cash – no problem the hotel paid the fare and then added it to our bill – again we had a late flight back to Heathrow – and at the first stay I mentioned at check-in that there was a substantial difference in the rate to extend checkout to 6pm online compared to the hotel rates – this was noted – and on return the same lady agreed to honour the lower rate and saving – thank you We have stayed at the Jen on our last trips to Singapore and have not been disappointed and would recommend to others – thank you Read less

From check in right throughout our stay (3 days) the staff were exceptional. Always going out of their way to make our stay the best it could be.
