Where is it

City centre location, close to shopping, entertainment and dining destinations. Direct access from the hotel lobby to the MRT subway station. Transfer time for Singapore Airport: 25 minutes.

We really loved this hotel and will absolutely be back. For the price the whole family stayed in one cosy room - the roof top is just amazing. With great views. There’s a mall and train network below. Orchard road is seconds away. This is a fantastic hotel especially for a 1st visit to Singapore.

-It’s connected to Somerset MRT station, right above a mall, and a short distance from Emerald Hill -Check in and check out were both quick and easy -Easy to use forex machine available at the lobby -Our room was spacious enough for 2 large luggages and 2 small luggages. The glass door for the toilet area didn’t fully close though. -A bit tricky… Read more

Being adjacent to Orchard Rd it’s also in close proximity to an enormous array of high-end shopping also (if you’re into that sort of thing). Rooms are modern, surprisingly spacious and well appointed. There was a small mix-up with our booking but the staff at check-in could not have been more helpful and accommodating in rectifying the issue. The pool area (and bar) is large, clean and is a welcome respite to the heat and humidity. We elected a breakfast-included option and the Breakfast buffet was fabulous and hugely varietal and worth the extra cost. Singapore is an expensive place but, when considering all of its features then I think the JEN Orchard Gateway to be very reasonably proced. Read less

Experienced a great stay at this hotel. Location-wise it is excellent with Somerset MRT at Basement. Full of classy restaurants within the building block, a great food court in the name of Food Republic at 313 Somerset. Coming to the hotel, we stayed in the 16th floor and got a nice view. The room was excellent; the service was brilliant as well. The buffet breakfast was fabulous - great spread to our liking covering from continental to Asian to local food. Overall, we loved this 5-night stay and wish to stay here in future as well. Read less
