5 nights to explore Singapore with the family and this is a superb place to use as your basecamp! A clean hotel with great service and nice rooms. We got two superior rooms on 16th floor with city view and I advise you to get the same unless you want to look into walls instead of enjoying the skyline of Singapore . Well worth the extra cost! Or - become a member and enjoy the benefits.😉 Bed and pillows were great and service and cleaning without any remarks. The roof pool is clean, 25 m and with spectacular view and bar, sunbeds and larger daybeds. Be aware of (mainly british) families/individuals that book both sunbeds AND the larger daybeds, occupying 6-8 spots instead of four so be early or really late unless you want to be misstaken for a charter tourist placing your towel at 7 in the morning. 😂 Location is one of the best locations-from several aspects - shopping, sightseeing or just staying in and use the pool, tanning. The MRT Somerset is in the hotell building (own elevator) and you can get anywhere in 10 min. A great choice! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great location, in the same building as the Orchard Gateway Shopping Mall and Somerset SMT station. Despite being in a busy location, room was quiet and comfortable. We were on the 15th floor and had a great view of the city and harbour. Decent breakfast options if this is part of your package. I wouldn't pay for this as an extra otherwise as there are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the mall downstairs if you dont eat much at breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay at JEN Orchardgateway. All the staff I met were very pleasant and helpful. The location was excellent, being right above an MRT station and right on Orchard Rd., there were a ton of shops, cafes and restaurants just steps away. Because of this, I didn’t bother doing the breakfast buffet as there were so many other options close by! The rooftop infinity pool was also a highlight with spectacular views of the city! I love that the pool was open till 10PM, so I could enjoy a dip to cool off after dinner. Before I went a was little concerned about the “Modern Bathroom” style in the city view room because I was travelling with a friend and the shower and toilet were in separate spaces so I was worried privacy would be an issue. But thankfully our room had a divider that went across so I could exit the shower without being seen. Only downside is if someone is in the bedroom portion with the divider across, they cannot leave the room. But the divider was helpful! I’ve included a photo as a reference. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend!
