“Overall Good, Just Minor Issues”

Awesome stay, Badrina senior GSA was very helpful and approachable giving us a warm welcome. Razak and Nabil was very helpful. This is the service all guest expect in every property, all are well trained. Would like to give a few feedback about the room. Upon check-in, I discovered that the automated toilet bowl bidet was not functioning. I contacted the operator for assistance, and maintenance confirmed that the issue was due to the switch not being turned on. There were three USB sockets in the room, but two were not working the ones below the TV and on the left side of the bed. I called the operator to request an adaptor, and the front office advised me to come down to the reception to collect, roughly about 11pm. When I went down, it was a standard adaptor I checked with the front office if they could provide or loan me a USB adaptor, but they informed me they did not have one. I went back to the room and I tested the left-side socket once more. It initially charged, but after a while it stopped again. It would be great if the room could be checked more thoroughly before arrival.

We’ve had a wonderful stay. The hotel is absolutely lovely and we must make a special mention for room attendant Jenny as she took great care of our room and her special touch with the elephant towel art, which made our experience so special. Jenny is a wonderful employee for your hotel. Also the Buffett breakfast is really really good, 5 star, and the pool is really fun!

So in love with this hotel and surely will comeback if we go to singapore esp to sentosa island again. The hospitality was very good. They were very kind even when our baby needed some help with the emergency. So so so kind! And of course, the hotel was absolutely beautiful ✨so clean, comfortable, ambience was good, amenities, and very strategic location!
