Som O and Fon are both very friendly. The breakfast buffet and service were top notched. The variety and quality were worth the wait. I saw a lot of review before coming. And exceeded my expectations

This hotel is in the best location with the friendliest staff the concierge tawan took care of me and my friend's along with front desk staff Kew was always there with the help when needed. The location of the hotel is perfect. Train station is walking distance along with a string of restaurants and bars in the area.

Tawan was the absolute best! He was extremely helpful and very kind! As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and taken care of. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Location is amazing. Next to so many bars and restaurants soon as you walk out of hotel. The rooms are so beautiful and clean! They even decorated my room for my birthday! Only time you’ll hear noise is if you are on the 21 floor in the corner because floor 22 is the rooftop bar pastel. But it wasn’t bad. I stayed on the 17th floor as well an absolutely no noise. Definitely get the breakfast in the morning. So many options for different cultures and they even give you a health juice shot when you walk in. Beet juice. Celery juice. Etc. this hotel is definitely a vibe. Staff is amazing and very kind. Help me to extend my stay very easily with no problems. Hotel is worth every penny. I will always stay here when I come to Bangkok !
