We stayed in Room 2403 during our final three nights in Bangkok.
The view from the room is absolutely stunning. The river view is one of the most beautiful we experienced during this trip, and the rooftop pool is equally impressive, with an amazing panoramic view over the river and Bangkok.
Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of fresh food and many items prepared fresh. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
A special thank you to Khun Mai, our room attendant, who did an amazing job looking after our room. Everything was cleaned beautifully, and she even created lovely towel art for us, which gave the room such a warm and personal touch. We really appreciated the effort she put into making our stay more special.
Unfortunately, one issue affected our experience quite significantly. There was construction work taking place in the hotel, which started at around 9:00 AM, and the noise woke us up and disturbed our rest. We understand that maintenance and renovation work sometimes needs to happen, but for a hotel of this level, we feel guests should be informed in advance, particularly when noisy work is scheduled to begin so early in the morning.
These were our final three nights in Bangkok, and this was also the hotel where we spent the most during our trip, so it was disappointing to have our rest disturbed in this way without prior notice.
Apart from this issue, it is a beautiful hotel with incredible views, a fantastic rooftop pool, good breakfast and some genuinely wonderful staff. If the construction disturbance had not happened, our experience would have been much better.
