We had a wonderful experience during breakfast. Thiwanee, North, and Tee played a guitar and sang happy birthday to my daughter and made her feel so special. They even prepared a beautiful waffle cake with flowers and a candle for her to blow after the song.

Seafood buffet on a Saturday night. Phenomenal choice. Great quality. Amazing service from the staff, Mai, Karen and Aoin. A real credit to the hotel. Couldn’t be more helpful to us. Nice little treat for my son’s birthday too. First day in Bangkok and it’s started well.

Our stay at Avani+ Riverside Bangkok was truly outstanding. From the warm welcome at concierge and reception to the attentive service from the wait staff and housekeeping, every team member went above and beyond. The breakfast was a highlight – a generous spread featuring made-to-order eggs, fresh cereals, salads, and a fantastic juicing station. The yoghurt and coffee were also excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable, offering a stunning view of the Chao Phraya River. We particularly appreciated the convenient access to the city via the complimentary boat service to Sathorn Pier, One Bangkok, and IconSiam. Avani has a great view, and the staff always responds quickly and kindly to guests' requests. In particular, Ms. Sugar, the concierge, helped me find a hospital, make a reservation, and even helped me with late check-out. She calmly and slowly communicated with me when I was surprised and flustered, and even gave me her personal phone number and SNS contact information, reassuring me that she would help me whenever I contacted her. Thanks to her help, I was able to receive hospital treatment and return home with my husband in an unfamiliar place.
