Superb. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. The facilities are excellent, the pool lovely and the staff are exceptional. Concierge Win in particular was an absolute credit to the hotel. The rooftop restaurant and bar is absolutely lovely, with fabulous views of the river. We will be back!

Stayed here for a conference and was my second time staying at hotel. In check-in, I was told I was given an "upgraded" room. I initially booked a River View room with a king bed and was given a room with 2 twin beds and was a connecting room on 22nd floor. This was not quite what I wanted but went along with it as it had been a long day after traveling to Bangkok. Unfortunately, this room had poor soundproofing as I could hear both my neighbours on either side and felt like I needed to keep my TV volume and talking low. This may have also had to do with room being a connecting room as I don't recall that issue my last stay couple years back. The staff overall were friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning room daily and left a note for them to come on a day I left sleeping sign on door. I had breakfast at the Skyline restaurant every day which had great food. Also had drinks at the riverfront restaurant at their other hotel on property. Room service was quick and efficient. Overall a nice hotel. While I did not get the room type I booked, the rest of the hotel was nice. If I stay again in future I would definitely request to have room booked if same situation occurred again. Read less

From the moment you arrive to the rooms and the bar experience on the rooftop. I have never had better. Everyone is friendly and the facilities are top notch. They gym could do with an update but the rest of the facilities are best in class. Cant wait to go back to Avani and Seen.
