“Mini holiday stay”

My family and I spent 3 nights here for a mini holiday. This was my first stay at this property since becoming an All Accor member, and it’s my 6th hotel under the Accor group in the past two years. The location is very convenient for our family. It’s within safe walking distance to shopping centers, which makes everything so easy, especially with kids. The hotel is not very big, but it feels just right for busy Bangkok. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped. I really appreciated the working desk, as my husband needs to work on weekdays even while traveling. It made our stay much more convenient. The highlight for my children was definitely Playtopia. They spent almost 4 hours enjoying all the activities with Khun Oraya. She is very friendly, energetic, and wonderful with the kids. My children truly had a great time and didn’t want to leave. Housekeeping was also excellent. She was attentive, professional, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The only downside for us was the breakfast. Unfortunately, we found it quite disappointing. The rice quality was not good, and the fish tom yum I tried on Thursday was not enjoyable at all. The food station layout also felt poorly arranged. Normally, we enjoy spending on room service or dining at the hotel restaurant, but this time we preferred ordering through delivery apps for better food options. Overall, we would stay again because we like the location and comfort — but next time, we would probably book the room without breakfast.

Spacious & clean rooms, including washing machine, comfy beds and quiet. Pool was great and there were some nice dining & evening drinks specials. My son liked the kids play area, which had a communal nintendo wii too Would stay again with the family. Recommended

“A perfect family stay ❤️”

This was our second stay at Novotel Living Bangkok Sukhumvit Legacy, and once again it was a wonderful experience for our family. The room was perfect, with a bunk bed that our child absolutely loved—it made the stay feel fun and cozy. The real reason we returned, though, is the friendly and loving staff. Everyone made us feel welcome and cared for, which is why we chose to come back. A special mention goes to Oraya and Anna, who run the Playtipia kids’ room. They were fantastic with our child, creating such a safe and enjoyable space that gave us peace of mind while he played. For families traveling with young children, I highly recommend this hotel. Between the thoughtful room setup, the engaging kids’ facilities, and the genuinely kind staff, it’s a place that feels like home in Bangkok. We’ll definitely be back again soon!
