A huge thank you to Oraya 🌟 She is truly amazing, especially with children. Always smiling, kind, patient, and caring, she knows exactly how to make kids feel comfortable and happy. The activities are well adapted, and you can really feel her passion and dedication. Our children absolutely loved her, and as parents, it was very reassuring to see how attentive and involved she is. Oraya is a real asset to the hotel — thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Living Bangkok Sukhumvit Legacy, staying in room 1414. From the moment we arrived, the receptionists were kind, humble, and always willing to help, which made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job—they were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was another highlight; the waitresses at the restaurant were humble, polite, and very helpful. The kids’ playroom is a great bonus and really adds value for families. Overall, this hotel is truly family-friendly, with helpful staff and a pleasant atmosphere. We would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying here again.

Novotel hotels in sukumvit 29th is great taking care of us as a family and by the play room she's like extra extra ordinary taking great care of my kids. Highly recommended for all families that has kids the best hotel that I ever stay.
