Marriott Bonvoy membership is useless

From the moment we arrived in the car, Mr A took wonderful care of us and treated us like old friends! He coordinated our return transfer to the airport (at half the price we paid coming in!), and checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure we had all the information we needed and that every detail was sorted.
Not only was Mr A incredibly gracious and helpful, but all of the staff were wonderfully warm and courteous. Although we were there only for an afternoon and evening, we were able to make the most of it with the free river shuttle to the big shopping mall right across the street. We also wanted to enjoy a tuk tuk ride through the city, and there were plenty for hire right in front of the hotel. We were fortunate enough to upgrade to lounge access and found it was well worth the extra cost. The room, especially the view of the river, was extraordinary, as was the free appetizers and drinks in the evening. The free breakfast buffet was extensive and we were spoiled for choice (though not for time as we had an early pickup for the airport).
We look forward to coming back again and will make sure to stay longer next time! Thanks again for everything, Mr A! You are top-notch!
