Senabodee escorted us to the Club Lounge, where Q (Kyu) described the great variety of offerings afforded to guests. We soon met Oat, Noey Nimit, Susan, Kanjana, Pook, Fah and Yusron--the wonderful team who attentively tended to our needs and desires. This is one excellent Club!
Every morning, we enjoyed breakfast at FEAST, a delightful restaurant that overlooks the river. We were warmly greeted by Warunee, Vicharn or Kornkanok, who escorted us to our table. Pronpawee, Nittaya and a host of colleagues served us with smiles. Marco Camarata, the Executive Chef, oversees a great staff, wonderfully trained and delightfully welcoming. Kitiya or Pornchai prepared our made-to-order omelet. Surat or Jaivendra Singh (Indian Chef) prepared very crisp bacon.
The Sheraton sports a quality work-out room, two magnificent swimming pools and wonderful restaurants. But its people are its greatest asset. Compliments to Mathieu Bellec (Executive Assistant Manager) for a job well done that makes this a destination no visitor to Bangkok should miss.

Great location and facilities. Many restaurants on site with 2 pools and swim up bar.
Breakfast buffet is huge and amongst some of the best I have seen.
The rooms are a little dated and service at the pool bar is pretty slow this would be my only criticism.
