“A new experience in Chiang Mai”

Lovely resort with great breakfast. Room is very spacious overlooking the garden and the river. Most importantly, there is Jim Thompson boutique in the resort. Streed food centre is within walking distance. Tuk the lady manager attended to us during our stay, providing superb service. U get a free massage upon arrival 👍

We had a wonderful stay at Anantara Chiang Mai, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every member of the team made us feel well cared for, and the hotel’s beautiful riverside setting and peaceful atmosphere made our stay even more memorable. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Noom, who handled our check-in professionally and escorted us to our room. His warm hospitality and attention to detail immediately made us feel at home. The room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and the amenities were of excellent quality, making our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. It truly reflected the high standards of Anantara and exceeded our expectations. We would also like to thank the restaurant staff, whose service was consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to providing excellent service. Their positive attitude, efficiency, and attention to detail made each morning a wonderful start to the day. A special thank you to K. Louis and K. BJ, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay. We truly appreciated their thoughtful care, professionalism, and kindness. This place is amazing . The staff and food is exceptional. But housekeeping is very slack. They let the team down . Probably becauseey spend so much time on their phones.
