The spa was perfect after a long day of travel and Nick (Nicky) was fabulous. I don’t know if I have ever been so relaxed.

I stayed here for two nights and paid for The Level access since the Executive Lounge (The Level) is worth the extra fee. I checked in at the Level and was a little disappointed that although it was only just after 7pm and they had closed the evening bar, they did not offer me a glass of wine.
The room was really well appointed and quiet and I particularly enjoyed the very large walk in shower.
Evening cocktails between 5pm and 7pm were excellent and the food was also very delicious. I thought it was great that despite me not complaining the staff and the duty manager came to apologise for the noise coming from the next door restaurant. The noise was not an issue for me but the staff still apologised and offered a free drink in the roof top bar as an apology.
Breakfast can be taken either at the Level or in the main restaurant on the ground floor, the choice is more on the ground floor so I ate there and it was good. Staff worked very hard cheating tables and restocking food.
Overall, I love this hotel and would highly recommend it.
