“Nice Stay Overall”

Had a pleasant stay overall. Special thanks to Paphatsawan, Piyada and Pornphan for their prompt email replies and assistance with all my requests. Also thank you to Guitar, Barbie and Big for being so friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.
The hotel is in a convenient location and it was easy to get around using Grab. It would be even better if there were a convenience store nearby.
A small area for improvement would be room cleanliness, as the room was a little dusty. The ceiling is also quite low in some areas, which may be a minor safety concern, although I understand this is part of the building’s design.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality from the team.

Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Chiang Mai. It is so central and being that close to the biggest night bazaar is a huge plus. It’s walkable and so close to everything.
The hotel is so charming and beautiful. Everyone there is kind and helpful. I had the best stay and wish I had more time in Chiang Mai! The rooms are spacious for families. With that said, this hotel does have a lot of children. I think it’s perfect for families but can be noisy for couples.
