⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Another Exceptional Amari Experience – A Wonderful Family Holiday in Hua Hin
Having enjoyed several memorable stays with the Amari brand over the years in Phuket, Krabi and Pattaya, we arrived at Amari Hua Hin with very high expectations. I am delighted to say that this hotel not only lived up to those expectations but exceeded them in many ways.
We travelled as a family of four with our children aged 13 and 11 and stayed in the Family Suite Hillside View. The suite was spacious, comfortable and perfectly designed for families. Having stayed in many hotels across Thailand, this was one of the best family room layouts we have experienced.
The resort felt wonderfully peaceful and relaxed, often giving us the feeling that we had large parts of the resort almost to ourselves.
The location is another major advantage. Having a 7-Eleven, massage parlours, laundry services and other useful shops directly opposite the hotel was incredibly convenient and made family travel so much easier.
The pool is perfect for children and families, the gym is well-equipped, and the Amari Spa deserves special mention. We treated ourselves during our stay and can honestly say the spa experience was exceptional. If you're staying here, make time for a treatment. You won't regret it.
Food throughout our stay was excellent, but our favourite experiences were at Aqua Eatery & Bar. We enjoyed both the complimentary afternoon tea and dinner there, and the team looked after us brilliantly. The staff were attentive, friendly and genuinely caring throughout our meals. The food was delicious and represented excellent value for money. Afternoon tea in Thailand was a first for our family, and it turned out to be one of the unexpected highlights of the trip. It was beautifully presented, generously portioned and something we all thoroughly enjoyed. The evening meals were equally impressive, with high-quality food at very reasonable prices.
What truly makes this hotel special, however, is its people. From the reservation team who assisted us before our arrival, to the reception staff, restaurant teams, spa therapists, management and especially housekeeping, every member of staff contributed towards making our stay memorable. The level of customer care is genuinely outstanding. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and everyone greeted us with warmth and professionalism. The thoughtful birthday arrangements for our son were particularly appreciated and helped make our family holiday even more special.
Thailand already holds a special place in our hearts, and the team at Amari Hua Hin added another chapter to our family's love affair with this wonderful country. We left with amazing memories, relaxed minds and very happy children.
