Stayed here during the low season, so I didn’t expect much. The atmosphere was quiet, relaxed, and the hotel wasn’t crowded which was a plus. Here are a few honest thoughts, take them or leave them: Buggy service to the beach runs from 08:00 to 18:00, which is helpful. All the staff had friendly smiles and a warm attitude throughout the stay. Facilities were in good shape — the pool, gym, restaurants, bar, and spa all looked well-maintained. Room was comfortable and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth — nothing exceptional, but typical of Thai hospitality. However, there were a few things that didn’t sit well: At the pool bar, the vibe was nice but service wasn’t. Staff seemed too busy to notice guests. I waited about 30 minutes just for one glass of wine and a beer. No one checked in, no update, no apology — just silence. I let it go, but it left a mark. Oddly, I received two identical welcome cards in the room. A small thing, but it made me wonder if anyone really paid attention to the details. I had a confirmed booking but needed to change the room — not a big deal, but at check-out, no one asked how the stay went or followed up on the change. First night was uneventful, and we saved dinner at the hotel for the last night and hoping for a better impression. Fingers crosses. Read less

The bed was bad. The bedroom was old. They had to fixed often. No sound proof at all. Too many people at the level of unacceptable manners. The staff at checked in and checked were not friendly and confused with the service. Not prepare well at all for the documents which needed to give to us when our driver had been waiting. Very cozy & comfortable room, bed & ambiance. Very good breakfirst with variety of choices. Staffs are super friendly & polite. The pool is one of the plus points. Ample of parking spaces.
