This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in.
The staff are delightful - especially our butler Nott. The location is fabulous, and the one bed villa is superb. I was a bit concerned about the potential for noise, given the road, but you could not hear a thing, and there was no noise from the adjacent villas either.
You are close enough to town and Bluport to get around easily or get a tuk-tuk or taxi. We did not need to hire a car as we have previously done in Hua Hin.
The pool villa is really great - I was swimming many times a day. I never used the main pool. The complex is right on the beach, and a really quiet pleasant bit of beach, just right for a morning walk.
The housekeeping was wonderful, everything was clean and well kept, with an abundance of fresh fluffy towels.
The breakfasts were fantastic, and great value for us being free as Accor Platinum. The restaurant was good, with excellent sushi but otherwise the menu was a bit boring. Loved the beach bar - and I am not big on beach bars.
The cafe on site serves really good coffee and you can watch the ducks and the koi carp.
It is not cheap - but compares to other similar places. You don't really see much of the other guests and it benefits from only having 28 villas - well 29 if you count the villa for the ducks next to the coffee house.
It was a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing holiday and we hope to return again next year
