We recently stayed 14 days at the Ramada in Khao Lak, and from start to finish, our experience was absolutely first class. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The service was consistently warm, friendly, and professional – it truly sets this resort apart. The amenities were excellent, with thoughtful touches everywhere — from the spotless rooms to the quality of the food. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with plenty of variety, and Sasi’s Restaurant served top-quality meals catering to all tastes. The location couldn’t be better — right on the beach, with shops, restaurants, and a local market just a short walk away if you fancy a change of scenery. We’ll definitely be coming back soon, this time with our kids and parents. The Ramada has such a welcoming atmosphere, thanks to the amazing staff who make it more than just a holiday — it’s an experience. Highly recommended!

good location near amenities outside of the resort, minimart, massage, restaurants, markets, shopping and bars once entering the resort was so quite and tranquil, beautiful well kept landscapes. Pool and beach clean and serviced. Rooms and bathrooms clean and with good amenities. from Housekeeping, Restaurant, Front Desk to service staff we found all staff attentive and happy to be of service so well appreciated.
