On our month long South East Asia vacation we came along this newly opened beautiful resort. It is truly a gem in the parade of resorts and Hotels in this area. Secluded and only reachable via boat, which makes it calm and the perfect place to relax without the crowds. It starts with a very warm welcome at the beach from the excellent reception team. They, from the very beginning, will do their best and more to make your stay memorable and truly exceptional relaxing. The Villa was not only beautiful designed and outfitted it was very much incorporated in the landscape so that you felt close to nature with all the comfort you need and want. The food at breakfast and during the day in the restaurant is well balanced and wonderful presented, all our requests for dietary requirements were respected and it tasted very delicious. Our biggest surprise was the kids club. Mona and MiMi are wonderful caretaker/entertainer and friends for the duration of our stay. This gave us, as parents, time to enjoy the spa. Having seen a lot in the world, this was the best place to unwind and relax. The whole ceremony was wonderfully created. Once you get back to your villa everything was cleaned, organised and decorated with a little surprise. There is nothing negative to report on our stay and we are happy to have found this place and we are looking forward to come back. A special thank you again to Mona and Mi.

Wow, we wondered if could be better than Zeavola…. Yes it can, Outrigger Phi Phi, you stole our hearts ♥️ Dear Outrigger Resort Team, We wanted to send a heartfelt thank you to everyone at Outrigger Resort for giving us such an incredible and unforgettable holiday. From the moment we stepped out of our villa each morning until we returned each night, we were surrounded by such warmth, genuine kindness and wonderful hospitality. Every member of staff we met made us feel so welcome and it was clear that the care and friendliness you showed us came naturally and wholeheartedly. We would especially like to mention and thank Chris, Kim, Pam, Rachel, Aom, Am, Sky, Andrew, Satya, Niu and Ei, our wonderful housekeepers, Boss, Boat, Tu, Rhys, Lift, Meow, Mai, Punch, the lovely massage ladies, the pool guys, security and Am from the massage team. Each of you, in your own special way, added something to our holiday. Whether it was a warm smile, a kind word, a helping hand, a beautifully prepared villa, a friendly chat, keeping the pool perfect, or simply making us feel cared for, you all contributed to making our stay so very special. It is the people who truly make a holiday memorable and we feel incredibly lucky to have met such a wonderful team. Your genuine warmth and kindness never felt forced — it was there every single day, from the moment we left our villa in the morning until we returned each evening.
