We had a wonderful time in PhiPhi! The hotel was a perfect match for family. The family room was incredibly spacious and cozily decorated, and the entire property had a classy yet relaxed beach vibe. Best of all, the staff were lovely and always around to help with a smile 😊

“Perfect Anniversary getaway!”

Our anniversary stay was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. Even though it was the rainy season the weather gods were on our side and we felt very lucky! The room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, making our celebration feel even more special. Every detail reflected exceptional hospitality, and the peaceful atmosphere gave us the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy each other’s company. The staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay memorable. The highlight of our stay was the very special anniversary dinner the staff had set up at the beach! Chef Satya had curated an excellent menu for us to enjoy! The food was delicious and desert was the star of the night! Thank you for making our anniversary so special. We left with beautiful memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly memorable getaway.

“Best resort ever!”

Me and my boyfriend got back from the Outrigger Phi Phi a week ago and it’s safe to say it was our best trip yet. Once arriving at phi phi we got a long tail boat to the area the outrigger is on. It’s super exclusive. We were greeted straight away on the beach and had our cases taken into the hotel. Every single member of staff at that resort really cares about doing a great job and they are all so friendly. Even with a soft opening, it felt like we had everything we needed. Our room was amazing. We had cleaners and turn down service offered every day, as well as a pool cleaner every morning. Everyday we were brought a new gift to our room and stocked up on everything we needed. The rooms have a super fancy coffee ma chine, Dyson hairdryer, speaker system, amazing bed and bathroom as well as an outdoor shower if you have a pool room. The resort has limited rooms so it didn’t once feel busy, with the staff all remembering who we are, the day we are leaving and also checking in on us everyday. They have an app service where you can also ask questions whenever and they respond asap, with reception also being available. There are plenty of pool beds by the pool as well as on the beach. The water is so clear and they offer free paddle boarding and kayaking which was amazing. We were treated with amazing care and service this holiday and I couldn’t recommend this resort enough. I can’t wait to go back again. Unfortunately I can’t remember all staff names, all were amazing, but special shoutout to Kim, who checked in on us daily and was super kind and helpful whenever we needed it. Punch worked in the restaurant and she was always so nice and helpful, as well as all the other staff members. It’s safe to say not only was the resort amazing but the staff there really made this an amazing trip. The spa was also incredible so really recommend that!
