Check in staff need more training and not to rush you through it. The hotel overall it’s not a 5 star but more a 4 the rooms are nice but does not have the 5 star quality this is for the whole hotel in general. The location is close to fisherman market but the road is not great to walk the beach is better and quicker. The TV of the room didn’t work very well felt quiet old for 5 star it didn’t bother us much as we do not go on holiday to watch tv but again for a 5 star you would expect better equipment. The room fridge was not cleaned previous individuals who stayed had left the fridge with biscuits this was not cleaned at all. We asked reception staff for baby crib this was never brought to our room not sure if the reception staff did not pass this information over to staff as check in was all very quick this is why they should slow done. Overall if you want a 5 start hotel do not pick this one as you will be disappointed

“Relaxing stay with friendly faces”

Stayed in the hotel in the private pool suite and enjoyed ourselves. We were greeted daily by friendly staff at the restaurant (special thanks to everyone there including Aida, Belle, Wa, Arr, Lookpad, Erica, and all the other staff) for being so accommodating to our needs and very professional. By the end of our stay we had gotten to know them well. The first villa we stayed in was a beautiful villa with thoughtful finished. Our pool suite was comfortable. The only thing i would change would be to have the area around the pool cleaned better and more regularly. We enjoyed a beautiful dinner by the beach and had a fire show. The bar El Salon is a classy bar with crafted cocktails to cool down and enjoy the evening. The hotel is close to bars and restaurants for those who want to venture out.
