I stayed at SAii Villas & Resorts Koh Samui from December 14 to December 27, where I also celebrated Christmas Eve.
From the very first moment, this place felt like stepping into a quiet fairytale. The entire resort is like a hidden oasis, surrounded by lush nature, trees, flowers, and tropical greenery. The villas are beautifully placed throughout the area, each with its own private pool, well shielded from one another. You never feel disturbed. Everything feels calm, balanced, and natural.
The welcome on the first day was warm and professional. We received clear and helpful information, and our villa was presented to us in a very thoughtful way. Inside, everything was already in place. Toothbrushes, razors, hygiene products, drinking water. Nothing was missing. The villa itself was perfect in size, extremely clean, well organized, and clearly well maintained. We truly loved our villa from the first minute.
The entire resort feels carefully designed to create privacy and peace. The villas are thoughtfully positioned and well shielded by trees and lush vegetation, creating complete privacy and a sense of seclusion. You are never disturbed by other guests, and the atmosphere remains calm and uninterrupted. It truly feels like a protected sanctuary where you can completely relax.
What truly makes this place special is the people. The staff are always smiling, polite, and genuinely welcoming. There is a clear sense of harmony among everyone working here, and that harmony naturally reflects on the guests as well. It is easy to see that this resort is led by strong and caring management, and that professionalism runs through the entire organization.
Breakfast deserves special mention. It is varied, fresh, and consistently high quality. Alongside classic breakfast options like cheese and bread, there is a wide selection of fruits, vegetables, and warm dishes. Eggs are freshly prepared on request every day, whether you prefer omelets, fried eggs, or scrambled eggs. Everything tastes fresh and well prepared, day after day.
Christmas Eve and the day after were handled beautifully. The arrangements were thoughtful, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere felt warm and festive. I know the resort also offers an impressive New Year’s Eve celebration, although I will not be here for that.
The beach area is beautiful and well maintained. There are always enough sunbeds available, and fresh beach towels are provided every day, so there is no need to bring anything with you. The water is clean and inviting. The sea can be a bit rocky, so I would recommend water shoes to avoid discomfort.
For those who want to stay active, the hotel offers paddle boards and kayaks, as well as good snorkeling opportunities nearby. It is easy to combine relaxation with light activities.
The restaurant and bar offer service until late in the evening. Food and drinks can be ordered at almost any time, and the staff working there are incredibly friendly and attentive. You always feel welcome, never rushed.
The resort is located slightly outside the city, but it is no more than a ten minute drive. By installing the Grab app, it is easy to order a taxi or motorbike, with prices shown in advance and no surprises later. Fisherman’s Village and Chaweng Beach are both a short drive away, making it easy to experience more lively areas when you want to.
This balance is what made the stay so special for me. Complete peace and quiet at the resort, combined with easy access to more vibrant places when desired.
Personally, I truly believe this is a small paradise. I spent 13 unforgettable days here, filled with sun, warmth, amazing food, and meeting wonderful people. It is difficult to describe everything in words, but simply put, this is a place that must be experienced.
Thank you to everyone working at the hotel, and to the management, for creating such a memorable and beautiful stay. I will definitely return.
