An Exceptional Stay with Warm Thai Hospitality
Overall, our experience was exceptional! What truly made our stay memorable was the hotel staff, who were incredibly attentive, helpful, and genuinely friendly. From the front desk and bell team to the F&B attendants, pool staff, and Marco’s team, everyone made us feel so welcome. Unfortunately, I couldn’t remember everyone’s names, but each and every one of them deserves recognition and appreciation.
My family and I had such wonderful moments here. The resort itself is charming, featuring a beautiful contemporary Thai design that blends perfectly with its natural surroundings. Despite being a long-established property, the resort is very well maintained and thoughtfully presented.
Although the location is a little away from the town centre, I actually consider this one of its greatest advantages. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, away from the crowds, where you can slow down and spend quality time with your loved ones, this is definitely the right place.
Pros
* Boutique-style experience: A more intimate atmosphere with plenty of privacy, without feeling overcrowded.
* Wonderful atmosphere: The overall ambience is simply one of the best highlights of the resort.
* Stunning beachfront: Tubkaek Beach offers breathtaking views and a beautiful, peaceful setting.
* Amazing swimming pools: Beautiful pools that create the perfect atmosphere for relaxing and unwinding.
* Spacious and private rooms: Generously sized rooms offering a great sense of comfort and privacy.
* Great coffee selection: The coffee is excellent, with Starbucks options available as an added bonus.
Areas for Improvement
* Parking: Parking spaces are somewhat limited, although the team manages the situation very well and keeps everything organized.
* Breakfast selection: Breakfast was fairly average. It would be great to see more signature local dishes and dim sum options to make the experience more distinctive. The bacon was also quite hard and chewy, which wasn’t to my liking.
* Beach bar area: The area in front of the beach bar could benefit from better organization and maintenance. At the moment, it looks a little untidy and could be kept cleaner to better complement the beautiful beachfront surroundings.
Final Thoughts
Despite a few minor areas that could be improved, this was a truly memorable stay. The beautiful setting, charming resort design, peaceful atmosphere, and especially the outstanding hospitality made all the difference.
Sometimes, it’s not just about the facilities or the location, but the people who make you feel at home. This resort certainly delivered that experience. Would happily return!
