The hotel property is great and staff is also very friendly. It's just opposite the beach so it's breezy and in rainy season it's extra beautiful. Also a special shoutout to hotel staff Ploy, Dao, Bang & Sorn for taking extra care of us during our stay in the hotel

Very nice stay. Three large swimming pools and very nice staff. Ja is a exceptional and is a great attendant. She took great care of the needs from our kids. We had elderly with us and Ja made sure that they are seated comfortably during the meals.

On arrival we where informed that buiding works to the electrical supply would effect us with noise every day. This fact should have been given to booking.com, its not a great start. On arrival we where informed that buiding works to the electrical supply would effect us with noise every day. This fact should have been given to booking.com, its not a great start. Our room wasn't as clean as it should have been, hairs in the bath etc, this was attended to the next day. The next was the fan in the bathroom was grinding making an awful noise, the solution was to disconnect the fan this means the bathroom gets very steamy and in the long run will create black mold. The building work noise was masked by load disco music from speakers around the pool. 2 nights ago we awoke to a guest playing call to prayer at 5am, and again this morning at 6.30am. The building works are still ongoing with heavy grinding noise. I have never been happiest upon leaving a hotel . What an absolute worst stay I've ever had in a 5 star hotel which may I say this is not, at best it's a 4 star needing structural improvement which I'm sure will result in more noise for guests staying here. On a positive note they give you drinking water and fresh towels every day and the staff are lovely and hardworking with a smile on the faces. Read less

Ja,Pla and Plan is very soft spoken and friendly person. Dessert and drink also very delicious, and the view is in front of beach its very beautiful. Tomorrow is our last day and i hope i could come to the holiday inn hotel again. Over all i like it.🩷
