The hotel

The gorgeous gardens and pools at Krabi La Playa Resort provide a great getaway, offering up endless hours of relaxation. One of the resort’s swimming pool is pretty traditional, a series of interconnecting pools accompanied by sunbeds, poolside dining, and swim-up bar with the other ‘Emerald Pool’ is something a bit different. Both stretch right up to some of the hotel’s renovated rooms and suites, allowing guests to step right into the water from their terrace. The two acre gardens are just as inviting, with their own bar and seating spots. And, if that’s not quite enough space to relax, you could always head to the sands of Ao Nang and Noppharat Thara beaches, 150 meters away, with shopping, dining and nightlife nearby.

Superb location, almost near to the beach & market. Excellent hospitality provided by the La Playa Resort staff. We stayed in a family room and which is so exciting for us. I must thank Ms. Nina and her team for their hospitality and warmth they have provided during our stay.

We arrived late at night, but we were warmly welcomed and taken to our room and everything explained to us. We have a nice room , we had asked before hand to have a room on the top floor with a view, this we have we can see the sea and the mountains. We arrived late at night, but we were warmly welcomed and taken to our room and everything explained to us. We have a nice room , we had asked before hand to have a room on the top floor with a view, this we have we can see the sea and the mountains. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets our changed when ever we like. The bathroom has a walk in shower and the water is lovely and hot with a good pressure there is also a bath but we have not used it yet. The towels are changed every day. We have a kettle , coffee machine and fridge we are also given two bottles of water each day, and have a beach bag with towels to take to the pool or to the beach. There is an iron and ironing board, I know most people don’t use them but we are here for a while so I make use of them. There is a big balcony with a table and chairs and it’s very pleasant sitting there overlooking the garden and the pool. Breakfasts we have a large selection of fresh fruits, cold meats ,cheese and salad, plus hot foods traditional Thai and western and a fresh egg station where two young girls cook to order. All the staff are amazing and can not do enough to make your stay memorable. Special thanks to Nina who greats us with a welcoming smile and helps and advise us when we have a question. I can also recommend the Thai Massage at the hotel it was amazing and so professional, as I have heard about the parlours out in the street being very suggestive. The hotel is only a short walk to the beach ,restaurants and shops. We are staying here for four weeks and are so pleased we choose Krabi La Playa Resort. Read less

Lovely staff, beautiful hotel. Perfect location. Very clean and tidy, would definitely come again. Highly recommend. Lots of different amenities/ facilities. Had a great massage in the hotel spa on my first day here. Wouldn’t change anything

Really enjoyed lovely place after all will come back again I recommend trying here very nice assistance and very friendly staff I was very impressed with our room there was towels in shapes of elephants they have impressive pools such as a emerald pool and and a normal pool great for everone👍
