We have already stayed at this wonderful resort twice in 2019. And after 6 years, we spent another 5 days here at the end of October. The hotel has not become younger, but it has not become worse, it becomes even better - the same beautiful territory-garden, excellent pool, excellent breakfast, outstanding location for Pattaya (the very center with restaurants, shops, central beach, sea promenade, etc.), and most importantly - very friendly staff. Even before we arrived, I sent our wishes for the location of the room, and they were 100% met (great thanks to Patcharin Jitmat and Patchaya Chaiwong). We would also like to express our special gratitude to the reception staff, to thank the waiters/bartenders/chefs of the Garden Cafe, Manao/Elephant bars, and to note the daily very high-quality maid service.
Just a few small comments and suggestion: 1) there are very few plug sockets in the room, and some of them (for example, for the shavor in the bathroom) did not work – to add more plug sockets 2) to add/install some kind of night lighting in the bathroom, otherwise it is difficult to navigate in the bathroom at night 3) Many guests have already written about the inconvenience of taking a bath or shower. If you are tall and have some knee problems, it is very difficult to take a shower. There is nothing to hold on to for balance (the handle is very low) - to add a pair of higher handle holders for easy access to the shower 4) Mrs. Bee worked like a BEE at the reception, answering our questions and wishes, but she never smiled at all. She told us that she had a lot of work to do and didn't have time to smile – to add more smiles for the guests
5) some funny suggestion - the mannequins sitting on lifeguard towers near the pool look a little awkward in their youth clothes and caps - they don't look like lifeguards. Maybe they should change their clothes into Avani brand uniforms?
In conclusion - we would like to thank the wonderful and our beloved Avani resort once again. We are very pleased with our 5-day visit in October 2025 and are already planning to come for 10-12 nights in January 2026.
