The service here is consistently exceptional, making for a truly lovely stay. Our sincere gratitude goes to Khun Jib and Khun Noi for managing a seamless reservation and stay. The swift check-in process was handled perfectly by Khun Karnny (my apologies for any misspelling!). Khun Sa Housekeeping qnd her male assistant deserve high praise for the superb room cleaning and turn-down service. We thoroughly enjoyed dinner at La Gritta on our first night. Khun Som, Khun Nit, and the other 2 team members who served us (apologies for not catching the two other names) went above and beyond to make our birthday celebration special. Breakfast at Rim Talay with its beautiful views was made even better by the attentive service of Khun Pla, who is a standout member of the team. Meeting Chef Suchet was a pleasure! Finally, Khun Ann (trainee) and Khun Andy ensured our check-out was fast and efficient. We're already counting down until we return next year!
