The staff is super efficient and professional and they quickly fulfill any request instantly. The only downside for which I did not give it 5 stars is the clientele. It is certainly not the hotel's fault but many customers are rude and very noisy, especially in the pool area. It would be necessary to have a hotel manager present who occasionally restores order.

A big thank you to Gam and Ploy for their warm assistance and excellent service right from our check-in. They explained everything clearly and made us feel very welcome.
Although the rooms may look a little dated, I have to compliment the Housekeeping team who did an outstanding job. Every time we opened the door, the room was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh, which made our stay very comfortable.
At the restaurant, the food was delicious and perfectly balanced. Breakfast had so many varieties that it was difficult to choose, and I was pleasantly surprised to find Indian food as well. The restaurant staff were all lovely and kind. Special thanks to Cream, Jay, Ae, and Yui for their polite and friendly service. And especially to Pla, who warmly chatted with us every morning — it really made our days start with a smile.
However, one small downside was that some guests of certain nationalities did not show respect to both the staff and other guests. Even though the staff reminded them several times, they always seemed to have excuses. This is something that the hotel might look into improving for an even better overall experience.
That being said, my overall stay was truly memorable, and I would definitely love to return to Amari Phuket again if I have the chance.

Warmest thank yous to both Nook and Paan for the outstanding service and treatment at reception; you two have really made our stay the 5 out of five experience! My partner and I got to the hotel decently early due to flight timings and we were more than happy to wait for our room to be ready, but Nook and Paan being the outstanding people they are, not only checked us in early but also gave us such a lovely and extremely appreciated upgrade to a room with such an outstanding view! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. You’ve really made this so great and the room was lovely.
The hotel is immaculately clean. All the staff are friendly and more than eager to help. The decor in both the rooms and the main hotel is all modern, yet not unwelcoming, and this truly is a beautiful hotel to stay at and wherever you go you can get a beautiful view of the ocean. We will most definitely stay here again, and we’ll tell all of our friends and family.
