We stayed as a family of three adults, one child and one baby in a two-bedroom pool pavilion, and the experience was genuinely outstanding.
I’ve stayed in many good hotels, but this is one of the few where the staff truly take care of you. It never felt forced or scripted — just sincere, thoughtful hospitality throughout our stay.
A special mention first to Dinesh and Indika, the F&B director team. They are visible, present, and incredibly personable. Warm, conversational, and welcoming, they set the tone for the entire experience and clearly care deeply about their guests. Always smiling, always engaged — they feel more like family than management.
The breakfast team deserves huge credit. Titi, alongside Fatima, Farida and Aoon, were absolutely brilliant. There were many others too who’s names I cannot recall. They quickly got to know us, remembered our preferences, pre-set our table, and looked after us beautifully each morning. What really stood out was how much effort they made with the children — attentive, kind, and genuinely delightful.
Arm from Muay Thai Boxing was exceptional. A real artist at what he does, great fun, and just a top man all round. A real highlight.
At the lobby, Jiu was always smiling, always offering help, and consistently lovely — the sort of presence that makes arriving and leaving feel effortless.
And finally Sunny, our go-to contact throughout the stay. Incredibly helpful and well organised, he arranged a private dinner for my wife and me that was truly special, and kept us informed and looked after at every stage.
If I were to suggest a couple of improvements:
1. Proper changing facilities with showers and a private room (not just toilets) would be very welcome.
2. Where possible, efforts to reduce buggy waiting times would improve the overall flow.
That said, these are minor points in what was an exceptional stay. I recommend this hotel unreservedly — a superb choice for a family holiday in Phuket.
