While the hotel and facilities are fantastic.....
Do not under any circumstances leave anything of monerety value in your room unattended.
We were saving up our 7/11 stamps under thier current promotion to redeem towards the end of our stay.
They were in a neat pile next to my medication bag and had been for 5 days.
Change of shift and a new person doing the rooms and they suddenly disappear.
Look its only about 100 baht worth of stamps, not going to break the bank!!
But theft is theft and the total lack of concern from management was appalling.
So yes don't leave anything of value out in the open in your room! And then to be told by management that maybe you knocked them onto the floor by mistake and they were cleaned up!!!

No We didn't knock them on the floor!
We still have 5 days to go on this stay and won't even leave a 1 Baht coin on a table because house keeping can't be trusted.

Returning here, I love everything about this place. Thank you to everyone Centara Karon family for the warm service.
Siri, Air, Beer, Sun,Boy, Lek (Spa), at the lobby made us happy for the check-in process . Siri and Air kept smiling even during busy moments—truly commendable.
The breakfast received excellent care from TuTa and Zackie.
Kids club and pool were highlights; the children they didn't want to go home. Special take care from Nutty ,Kim , Kit and all. I will be here again soon.
